Single badge UnionPay cards issued from ABL starting with 62 (effective only after binding to Tpay)

During the promotion period, ABL UnionPay cardholders who use the TPay wallet (NFC mobile pay) at offline merchants in Pakistan will enjoy a 10% OFF with no minimum spend required. 

The discount is capped at 1000 PKR per transaction.

• 1.Activity Period: [June 29th 2026] to [October 31st 2026] (inclusive of both days), or until the incentive budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. The time zone shall be based on the UnionPay backend system time (GMT+8).

• 2.How to Participate: Users must successfully register through the activity's QR code or designated link (via U-plan registration) to participate.

• 3.Applicable Scope: The offer is available for all offline merchant payments across Pakistan. Applicable only to TPay NFC mobile payment methods linked to an ABL-issued single UnionPay card starting with '62'.

• 4.Definition of TPay Mobile Pay: Refers to payments made using the TPay wallet's NFC function. Payments made via third-party wallet apps bound to a UnionPay card do not meet this definition and are not eligible for the discount. The eligible mobile models are limited to Transsion Group’s brand portfolio of Tecno, Infinix, and Itel with an integrated native Tpay wallet.

• 5.Frequency Limit: An individual card (U-plan ID) can enjoy a maximum of 1 discount per day; the cumulative maximum number of discounts for the entire activity period per card is 30.

• 6.Quota Limit: The quota is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual transaction order. The activity will cease when the budget is fully utilized.

• 7.User Definition: The following are all considered to be the same user: same device, same user ID, same registered mobile number, same mobile number or email address reserved with the bank card, same bank card (physical card), same ID number, etc.

• 8.Transaction, Discount, and Refund Rules: Only valid consumption transactions are eligible for participation.

• The merchant's receipt or invoice will display the original pre-discount amount. The final amount after the UnionPay discount can be viewed through bank SMS, bank APP statement, the uPlan discount records section, Tpay wallet transaction records, and so on.

• Cancellations, pre-authorizations, refunds, or abnormal payments are not eligible for the discount. In the event of a refund (including a full or partial refund), only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, and the discounted amount will not be returned. Refunds only support the original payment route, and cash refunds are not accepted.

• Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the real-time exchange rate at the time of refund may differ from the rate at the time of debit, resulting in a difference between the actual amount credited and the initial debited amount.

• 9.Special Note on Merchant Category Code (MCC): The issuance of the activity discount is determined by the Merchant Category Code (MCC) registered by the merchant with the local acquirer. This activity applies to all offline merchant payments across Pakistan, covering core MCC categories closely related to daily life, such as convenience services, medical care, transportation, entertainment, hotels, general merchandise, jewelry, airline ticketing, supermarkets, catering, and so on. UnionPay International is not responsible, and will not accept subsequent compensation claims, if a cardholder does not receive the instant discount because the merchant's actual business category does not match the registered MCC category. Transactions such as remittance and ATM cash withdrawal are not eligible for the discount.

• 10.Compliance Behavior: Users shall not engage in non-compliant behaviors such as false transactions, illegal profiteering, malicious use of multiple accounts/devices, or utilizing bots or crawler software. Upon discovery, UnionPay has the right to disqualify the user, claw back the enjoyed discount, and reserve the right to pursue legal action.This promotion is only available for genuine mobile devices.

• 11.Arbitrage Handling: Any user found to be engaging in malicious arbitrage in violation of the rules, UnionPay has the right to claw back the fraudulently obtained discount funds and place the user on a blacklist, refusing their participation in any subsequent UnionPay promotional activities.

• 12.Disclaimer: The inability to participate due to unsupported user electronic devices, card function restrictions, or various third-party system issues is not the responsibility of the organizer or UnionPay International.

• 13.Specific Restrictions: Transactions for purchasing gift cards, prepaid cards, and similar items are excluded from this activity.
• 14.Organizer's Rights: This activity is organized by UnionPay International with cooperation from Tpay (Transsion group) and ABL . Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the rules (including but not limited to amount, threshold, quota, etc.) based on the actual progress of the activity. Any adjustments will be announced on the activity page and will take effect upon announcement.
