Activity Rules:
1. The promotion period will run from 26 June to 2 August 2026 (both dates inclusive) , or until the quota is reached, whichever is earlier (refers to "Promotion").
2. Only LIVE+ members are eligible to enjoy these spending rewards. To qualify, customers must download the TAIKOO+ mobile app and register as a LIVE+ member.
3. During the promotion period, members who spend a designated amount by electronic payments at designated Cityplaza or Taikoo Shing merchants can redeem the corresponding reward stated below:
i) Reward 1: Accumulated same-day spending of HK$1,200 or above via electronic payment (across a maximum of two (2) same-day receipts from the same or different merchants) to earn one “Cityplaza HK$50 Mall e-Voucher”; Or
ii) Reward 2: Accumulated same-day spending of HK$3,000 or above via an eligible UnionPay payment (across a maximum of two (2) same-day receipts from the same or different merchants) to earn the basic reward of one “Cityplaza HK$50 Mall e-Voucher” and the extra reward of one “UnionPay x Cityplaza HK$50 Mall e-Voucher”. Spending via eligible UnionPay payment is only applicable to UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Card”), UnionPay Contactless Payment (including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and other applicable mobile wallets), and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App or other apps supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transactions must be settled via the UnionPay network. WeChat Pay, Alipay and Alipay HK are not eligible for this Promotion.
4. Each member is entitled to a maximum of one redemption per day for (Reward 1) and (Reward 2). Each receipt for reward redemption must be worth HK$100 or above and can be used for redemption once only. The amount shown on the receipt cannot be split for multiple redemptions.
5. To redeem the reward (Reward 2) for spending via an eligible UnionPay payment method, members must present their original machine-printed merchant receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slip(s), together with the eligible UnionPay Card bearing the same card number as shown on the electronic payment slip(s) at the LIVE+ Concierge. The first 6 and last 4 digits of the UnionPay Card number and the Cardholder's name will be collected and photos will be taken for information on merchant receipt(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s) for internal audit at redemption.
6. When using the "UnionPay x Cityplaza HK$50 Mall e-Voucher", the remaining balance of the transaction must be settled in full by an eligible UnionPay payment method.
7. During the promotion period, each member is entitled to redeem the reward (Reward 2) for spending via an eligible UnionPay payment method up to four times. From the fifth redemption onwards, (Reward 1) will still be available for redemption.
8. All gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. In the event of any gift going out-of-stock, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to substitute it with another gift or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice.
9. Each customer is entitled to one (1) LIVE+ membership account, which is for the sole use of the member.
10. To enjoy the reward, members must make eligible spending(s) at designated merchants in Cityplaza and Taikoo Shing and register the valid receipt(s) by presenting them at the 2/F LIVE+ Concierge within 14 days from the date of purchase (the purchase day counts as the first day; the last redemption date for receipts issued between 20 July and 2 August 2026, both dates inclusive, must be registered for reward redemption on or before 2 August 2026). Members will only be eligible for this reward upon successful registration.
i) Only transactions made during the promotion period are eligible for this reward.
ii) "Designated Cityplaza merchants" exclude merchants at Taikoo Place, 1111 King's Road, 12 and 14 Taikoo Wan Road, including but not limited to Coucou Reserve, nodi, Brew Job, Jade Garden, Chiuchow Garden, Phillip Wain, Audi, Leapmotor, Zeekr, Air Fitness and Challenger.
iii) "Designated Taikoo Shing merchants" include à poêle Bistro, Ashima Yunnan Restaurant, ASOK Thai Noodle, Fresh Mist, Grand Cuisine Shanghai Kitchen, HAND3AG the table, Here with Years, JOMO (F&B spending only), KAIYUZEN, Men Wah Bing Teng, Milk Café, Myung Ga Korean Restaurant, Nha Trang Vietnamese Cuisine, NOMA ryouri, padpad THAI, Peek-A-Poke, PHI Coffee & Pancake, Sen-ryo, Starbucks Coffee (Taikoo Shing), Tanuki Yataiya Japanese Restaurant, Tim Ho Wan, UURO, Zagin Soba. iv) To redeem (Reward 1), members must present the original copy of each valid machine-printed merchant receipt and the corresponding electronic payment slip (valid forms of electronic payment including credit cards, debit cards, EPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay App, BoC Pay+, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, PayMe and Octopus card).
v) Machine-printed merchant receipts must clearly display the payment method, transaction location, merchant name, transaction date, invoice number and transaction amount. Receipts that do not clearly show any of the above information shall be rejected for reward redemption.
vi) The spending amount eligible for redemption is the net amount spent after all merchant cash vouchers, gift cards, offers and discounts listed on the transaction receipt have been deducted.
vii) Expired, duplicate, photocopied, reprinted, split payment, handwritten, refunded, withdrawn, reused and damaged receipts will be considered invalid.
viii) The following receipts are invalid for this promotion: standalone machine-printed merchant receipts or electronic payment slips; purchases of any cash coupons, gift certificates, complimentary vouchers, gift cards, Jumpin Gym U.S.A. tokens or stored-value cards; as well as receipts for membership fees, tuition fees (including Ice Palace Skate School), stamp purchases, banking services, Cityplaza parking fees, transactions or purchases made via merchants’ websites or third-party payment platforms; purchases of gold pellets, bars or deposits for the gold saving club; and receipts showing purchases or spending relating to banking services, telecommunications services, car parking services, hotel services, charity donations, stored-value cards (including purchase and top-up), merchants' membership cards (including purchase and top-up), or Octopus cards (including purchase and top-up), or any deposit payments.
ix) The transaction information shown on the machine-printed merchant receipt and the corresponding electronic payment slip must match, including but not limited to the transaction date and spending amount.
11. Once members have successfully redeemed a reward, the reward cannot be changed, cancelled or returned. All gifts or e-Vouchers cannot be returned, refunded, changed, or exchanged for cash and other products or services.

13. Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to photocopy and stamp the front side of all original eligible receipts for redemption record purposes. Cityplaza merchants may reject any refund in cases where receipts have been stamped for redemption.
14. Staff of Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to require members to present the relevant credit card, debit card, EPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay App, BoC Pay+, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, PayMe and Octopus card for verification purposes.
15. Movie ticket stubs will be accepted only when the corresponding original electronic payment slips are also presented for approval.
16. For instalment payment transactions, the spending amount will be calculated based on the total transaction amount shown on the machine-printed merchant receipt and the corresponding electronic payment slip.
17. For fully paid and non-refundable deposit transactions made within the promotion period, members must present the relevant supporting documents together with the corresponding receipt(s) within 14 days from the date of the deposit transaction (calculated based on the issue date of the machine-printed merchant receipt, with the purchase day counts as the first day; receipts issued between 20 July and 2 August 2026, both dates inclusive, must be registered for reward redemption on or before 2 August 2026) in order to be eligible for this promotion. Multiple deposits under the same transaction that meet the redemption conditions cannot be redeemed separately for multiple reward redemptions. Only one deposit per transaction can be counted towards reward redemption, and the remaining balance will not be eligible for reward redemption.
18. Machine-printed merchant receipts and the corresponding electronic payment sales slips used for redeeming the "Summertime Rewards" cannot be used to redeem rewards under any other mall promotion campaigns (except for LIVE+ points earning and Free Parking offer).
19. Members must redeem their rewards within the redemption period stated in these Terms and Conditions; otherwise, the rewards will be forfeited and will not be reissued. Members must redeem their rewards immediately upon successful receipt registration. Any late redemption requests will not be accepted.
20. e-Vouchers can only be used within the validity period shown on each respective e-Voucher. After the stated validity period, the e-Voucher will expire and will not be re-issued. For detailed terms of use of the e-Vouchers, please refer to the offer details listed in "My Wallet" in the TAIKOO+ mobile app.
21. Swire Properties Limited shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the users arising from the use of the gifts, or e-Vouchers, or for any disputes between the users and participating merchants.
22. Staff of Cityplaza merchants are not allowed to redeem rewards on behalf of customers in order to ensure fairness.
23. When the Hong Kong Observatory has issued or announced that it will issue Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher within the next hour, reward redemption service will be suspended. The service will resume two hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is lowered less than two hours before the end of the reward redemption, no reward redemption service will be provided for the remainder of that day.
24. When the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect and gift redemption has already started, the redemption time will remain unchanged. If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect before the start of gift redemption, gift redemption service will not be provided until two hours after the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled. If the cancellation occurs less than two hours before the end of gift redemption, gift redemption service will not be provided for the remainder of that day.
25. Swire Properties Limited reserves the right to update and amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

27. In the event of any dispute, Swire Properties Limited reserves the right of final decision.
28. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese translation and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
