From now until 31 July 2026, UnionPay cardholders can enjoy the following exclusive offers on Grab:

Offer 1: First-Time Card Binding Reward

First-time users may bind multiple UnionPay cards to their Grab account and complete one Grab ride transaction will receive one (1) RM5 Grab ride voucher. 

Offer 2: Ride Discount

Enjoy RM2 instant discount with a minimum spend of RM10 per Grab ride transaction (limited to once per day).

Offer 3: Additional Monthly Reward

Users who complete at least ten (10) Grab ride transactions of RM10 or above within the same calendar month will receive an additional RM5 GrabFood voucher.

Note: These promotions are applicable only to UnionPay cards issued in Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) and Southeast Asia, with card numbers starting with “62”.

Additional Terms：

•  This promotion is valid only for Grab ride-hailing services, and not applicable to Grab Hitch, Grab Wheels, or Grab Shuttle.

•  This promotion is valid only within Grab Transport service areas in Malaysia.

•  This promotion cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions, and the reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred into other forms of rewards.

•  Consumers must pay the balance after deducting the discount. If the discount exceeds the service fee for a given ride, the difference cannot be exchanged for cash or carried forward to the next ride.

•  In the event of system errors, application issues, or suspension of consumer accounts, Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or terminate the promotion without compensation or prior notice.

•  This promotion is only valid for UnionPay cardholders (issued in Chinese Mainland or Southeast Asia, with a card number starting with “62”).

•  Excluded transactions: UnionPay online banking payments, on-local transactions, on-us transactions, and transactions made via third-party platforms (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay).

•  The promotion is based on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

1. 1.      Campaign Period：From now until 31 July 2026, or while promotional quotas last, whichever comes first.

    

   2.    Promotion Details：

   •  Offer 1: First-Time Card Binding Reward

   Users who bind a UnionPay card  (issued in Chinese Mainland or Southeast Asia, with a card number starting with “62”) to their Grab account for the first time and complete one Grab ride transaction will receive one (1) RM5 Grab Transport voucher.

   Enjoy RM2 off for every ride with a minimum spend of RM10 per Grab ride transaction (limited to once daily).

    

   •  Offer 3: Ride Transaction Reward

   Complete at least 10 ride-hailing transactions of RM10 or above within the same calendar month will receive one (1) additional RM5 GrabFood voucher.

    

   3.      Redemption Limits and Rules：

   •  Offer 1: Each new UnionPay card-binding user may link multiple UnionPay cards  (issued in Chinese Mainland or Southeast Asia, with a card number starting with “62”) to their Grab account, ; however, only the first successfully bound UnionPay card is eligible for the reward. Each user may receive the voucher once only.

   •  Offer 2:Each UnionPay card is entitled to one (1) redemption per day, with a maximum of thirty (30) redemptions during the promotion period.

   •  Offer 3: Eligible transactions must be accumulated within the same calendar month. Each user may receive one (1) GrabFood voucher per month only.

     

   4.      Transaction Requirements：All transactions must be completed in the Grab App using a UnionPay card with a card number starting with 62  (issued in Chinese Mainland or Southeast Asia). Transactions made through third-party payment platforms such as Alipay or WeChat Pay are not eligible.

    

   5.      Eligible Services：This promotion is applicable only to Grab ride-hailing services and excludes Grab Hitch, Grab Wheels, and Grab Shuttle.

    

   6.      Geographic Limitation：This promotion is valid only within the Grab Transport service areas in Malaysia.

    

   7.      Usage Restrictions： This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Grab promotions and is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to other rewards.

    

   8.      Balance Payment：Consumers are required to pay any remaining balance after the discount is applied. If the discount amount exceeds the service fee for a given ride, the remaining value cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to future ride.

    

   9.      Currency Exchange：Where currency conversion is involved, the exchange rate shall be based on the rate published on the UnionPay International official website on the transaction date.

    

   10.   System and Account Issues：In the event of any system or application errors, or if a user account is suspended, Grab reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the promotion without prior notice or compensation.

    

   11.   Terms and Modifications：By participating in this promotion, cardholders are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with all campaign terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, UnionPay International and Grab reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, or modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice or liability. In the event of any dispute, UnionPay International reserves the right of final decision.

    

   12.   Language Version：In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Simplified Chinese versions, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
