UnionPay Card or UnionPay Contactless Payment

From 8 May to 14 June 2026, pay by UnionPay Card or UnionPay Contactless Payment at designated cashiers of participating outlets of city’super, city’super neighbourhood, LOG-ON, ROYCE’, and cafe ToGather by LOG-ON to enjoy the following offers:

Notes: The Offers are only applicable to the physical stores at Hong Kong region. Offers are not applicable to the transactions made at self-checkout counters, third-party platforms, purchase of city'super gift cards or shopping vouchers, discounted items, specified items/counters, city'super/LOG-ON E-Shop and designated pop-up stores; Each UnionPay Card is entitled to any Offer to a maximum of one time daily and a maximum of 3 times during the Promotion Period. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Terms and conditions apply.

1. The promotion period is from May 8, 2026, to June 14, 2026, both dates inclusive (refers to “Promotion Period).

2.During the Promotion Period, pay by UnionPay Card or UnionPay Contactless Payment (including but not limited to Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) at designated cashiers of  city’super, city’super neighbourhood, LOG-ON, ROYCE’, and cafe ToGather by LOG-ON ("Participating Merchants"; excluding designated pop-up stores)  are entitled to the following instant discounts ("Offers"):

3. Each UnionPay Card is entitled to any Offer to a maximum of one time daily and once per day and a maximum of 3 times during the Promotion Period. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

4. The Offers applies to all eligible UnionPay credit and debit cards (ATM cards) ("UnionPay Card"). The full transaction amount must be settled via the UnionPay network.

5. UnionPay Contactless Payment refers to eligible UnionPay Card binding at wallet of mobile device or watch, and the payment successfully completed at Participating Merchants ( including but not limited to Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) . Cardholders are required to present eligible UnionPay Card binding at mobile device or watch and completed the payment via UnionPay network to enjoy the offer.

6. The Offers apply only to in-store purchases made in person.

7. cafeToGather by LOG-ON will charge an additional 10% service charge calculated on the original price.

8. The discount will be deducted immediately at the time of the qualifying transaction. No accumulation or retroactive claims are allowed. The discount amount will not be shown during the payment process. The net amount after deduction will be displayed upon successful payment. The final transaction amount can be checked via the transaction record in your mobile wallet or banking APP.

9. If a transaction is refunded or returned, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The instant discount amount will not be refunded.

10. The Offers do not apply to the following transactions:

i. Transactions made via third-party platforms;

ii. Transactions made at self-checkout counters and designated counters;

iii. Transactions made on city'super or LOG-ON E-Shop;

iv. Purchase of city'super gift cards or shopping vouchers, discounted items, and specified items/counters . Please refer to in-store shelf labels and promotional materials for details;

v. Unposted, cancelled, or refunded transactions, split bill transactions, and any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

11. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

12. UnionPay International Company Limited ("UnionPay International") is not a supplier of products or services and therefore assumes no liability regarding the products or services provided. In the event of any violation, fraud, or abuse, UnionPay International and City Super Limited reserve the right to recover the value of the Offer.

13. To the extent permitted by applicable local laws, UnionPay International and City Super Limited reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or modify the Offer at any time without prior notice and shall not bear any responsibility arising from such changes. Any changes to the promotion will be reflected in in-store promotional materials.

14. In the event of any dispute, the decision of City Super Limited shall be final.

15. UnionPay International and City Super Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancy or ambiguity, the Chinese version shall prevail.

2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
