UnionPay cards issued globally with card numbers starting with “62”

Promotion Mechanism: Spend a minimum of 5,000 TRY in a single transaction to receive a random instant discount ranging from 100 to 500 TRY.

Applicable Scope: Valid for successful transactions at merchants in Turkiye that accept UnionPay cards across the following categories: passenger transport, gas stations, medical services, tobacco & alcohol, entertainment, hotels, travel ticketing, general merchandise, jewelry & crafts, airline ticketing, supermarkets, railway ticketing, and dining (F&B).

1. Promotion Period: From February 16, 2026, to August 16, 2026 (inclusive). All timestamps are based on the UnionPay back-end system time.

2. How to Participate: Registration Required: Users must successfully register for the promotion via the official QR code or the designated link.

Promotion Mechanism: Spend a minimum of 5,000 TRY in a single transaction to receive a random instant discount ranging from 100 to 500 TRY.

Frequency Limits: Each UnionPay card is limited to 6 discounts per day and a cumulative maximum of 30 discounts during the entire promotion period.

Quota Limits: A total of 10,000 discount slots are available. Slots are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual transaction sequence until the quota is exhausted.

Eligibility: This promotion is open only to UnionPay cards (including credit and debit cards) issued globally with card numbers starting with “62”. Before payment, please ensure your card bears the UnionPay logo and that the payment card number matches the one used for registration. Discounts will not be applied if the registered card number is incorrect or differs from the actual payment card.

Network Requirements: Transactions must be processed via the UnionPay network to qualify for the discount.

3. User Definition: A "single user" is defined by any of the following: same device, same user ID, same registered mobile number, same bank-registered mobile number, same physical bank card, or same ID number. Virtual mobile numbers are not eligible for this promotion.

4. Refund Rules: Only valid consumption transactions are eligible. Cancellations, pre-authorizations, refunds, or abnormal payments do not qualify for the discount.

5. Refund Calculation: In the event of a refund (full or partial), only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The discount amount is non-refundable.

6. Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the real-time rate at the time of refund may differ from the rate at the time of payment. This may result in a difference between the actual CNY amount credited to the account and the initial amount debited.

7. Merchant Category Code (MCC) Disclaimer: Discounts are awarded based on the Merchant Category Code (MCC) registered by the merchant with the local acquirer. UnionPay International (UPI) shall not be held responsible, nor will it accept claims for subsequent compensation, if a cardholder fails to receive a discount due to a discrepancy between the merchant’s registered category and its actual business nature.

8. Compliance: Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, illegal profit-making, malicious use of multiple accounts/devices, or the use of robots/crawler software. UnionPay reserves the right to disqualify users, reclaim discounts already enjoyed, and pursue legal action upon discovery of such violations.

9. Arbitrage Handling: For users who engage in malicious arbitrage in violation of these rules, UnionPay reserves the right to reclaim illicitly obtained funds, blacklist the user, and bar them from future UnionPay promotions.

10. General Disclaimer: The organizer and UnionPay International shall not be held liable for any failure to participate due to unsupported electronic devices, limited card functions, or issues with third-party systems.

11. Age Restriction: In compliance with local Turkish laws, specific products such as tobacco and alcohol are restricted to adults aged 18 and over.

12. Specific Restrictions: Transactions for the purchase of gift cards, pre-paid cards, and similar items are excluded from this promotion.

13. Stacking Policy: This promotion cannot be combined with other UnionPay promotions held during the same period.

14. Organizer’s Rights: This promotion is organized by UnionPay International. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the rules (including but not limited to amounts, thresholds, and quotas) based on actual circumstances. Such adjustments will become effective upon publication on the official promotion page.
