BOCI UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards issued in Hong Kong and bearing the BOCI logo

1.    The promotion period runs from 26 February 2026 to 25 February 2027, or until the quota of offers is fully redeemed, whichever is earlier (based on transaction date) (the “Promotion Period”).

2.    Eligible Payment Method: This promotion is only applicable to BOCI UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards issued in Hong Kong and bearing the BOCI logo, which are successfully added to Samsung Pay (Samsung Wallet), for transactions completed via the UnionPay payment network.

3.    During the Promotion Period, UnionPay cardholders who make a single eligible transaction with a net spending amount of more than HKD 20 (excluding HKD 20) using the Eligible Payment Method will enjoy an instant discount of HKD 20 (the “Offer”).

4.    The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis while quotas last. Once the quota is exhausted, the promotion will end immediately. Each card is entitled to the Offer once per day, with a maximum of five (5) times during the Promotion Period.

5.    In all circumstances, transaction date, time, amount, transaction type, reversal, cancellation, refund/return and all-time records relating to this promotion shall be subject to the records of the UnionPay back-end system. For pre-authorised transactions, eligibility shall be determined based on the actual posting date of the transaction.

6.    Unless otherwise specified, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other UnionPay promotions. Each eligible transaction is entitled to one Offer only. If a transaction qualifies for more than one UnionPay promotion or reward campaign, the offer or reward to be granted shall be subject to the final decision of the UnionPay International system.

7.    The Offer is not exchangeable for cash or other products and is non-transferable.

8.    This promotion is only applicable to eligible transactions. In case of refund or return, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the instant discount amount, and the Offer quota will be deemed as used.

9.    In the event of any violation, including but not limited to malicious arbitrage, misconduct, fraud or abuse, UnionPay International reserves the right to disqualify the cardholder from participating in this promotion, withhold any Offer, recover any discount amount granted, and bar the cardholder from participating in any future UnionPay International promotions. UnionPay International may seek compensation and pursue legal liability depending on the severity of the case.

10.  Cardholders acknowledge that the internet involves uncertainties. In the event that the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure, communication line failures, large-scale system breakdowns or other reasons, UnionPay International reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion.

11.  UnionPay International shall not be responsible for any failure to participate in the promotion due to the cardholder’s own electronic devices, signal reception, data transmission limitations or other system-related issues.

12.  Cardholders should note that certain card types may be subject to issuer configurations, including but not limited to overseas transaction enablement, account balance or credit limit availability, and transaction password requirements. For details, please contact the relevant card issuer.

13.  Cardholders acknowledge and accept that UnionPay International is not the supplier of the products or services purchased, and shall not bear any responsibility in relation thereto.

14.  Participation in this promotion constitutes the cardholder’s acceptance of and agreement to comply with all the terms and conditions of this promotion.

15.  In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
