2. Premiums cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, other gifts, or services.   

3. Swire Properties Management Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using any of the premiums.   

4. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.   

5. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Swire Properties Management Limited shall be final.  

 

POTATASTIC New Year Rewards – Terms & Conditions 

1. From 30 January to 19 February 2026, CLUB CG members who spend via electronic payment on the same day at Citygate Outlets with: 

                         i.         HK$3,000 - HK$7,999 (at least one receipt of HK$2,000 or above and in a maximum of five receipts from different merchants) are entitled to redeem a set of Citygate Outlets x Calbee limited-edition red packet and a HK$50 Citygate Outlets e-voucher; spend via designated UnionPay payment are entitled to receive an extra reward of HK$50 Citygate Outlets e-voucher; 

                        ii.         HK$8,000 - HK$11,999 (at least one receipt of HK$2,000 or above and in a maximum of five receipts from different merchants) are entitled to redeem a set of Citygate Outlets x Calbee limited-edition red packet and HK$300 Citygate Outlets e-voucher(s); spend via designated UnionPay payment are entitled to receive an extra reward of HK$150 Citygate Outlets e-voucher(s); 

                       iii.         HK$12,000 or above (at least one receipt of HK$2,000 or above and in a maximum of five receipts from different merchants) are entitled to redeem a set of Citygate Outlets x Calbee limited-edition red packet and HK$500 Citygate Outlets e-voucher(s) and a HK$100 F&B e-voucher from designated merchants; spend via designated UnionPay payment are entitled to receive an extra reward of HK$300 Citygate Outlets e-voucher(s); 

                      iv.         HK$30,000 or above (at least one receipt of HK$2,000 or above and in a maximum of five receipts from different merchants) are entitled to redeem a set of Citygate Outlets x Calbee limited-edition red packet and HK$500 Citygate Outlets e-voucher(s) and a HK$100 F&B e-voucher from designated merchants; spend via designated UnionPay payment are entitled to receive an extra reward of HK$900 Citygate Outlets e-voucher(s); 

2.     Each Shopper is entitled to one redemption per day from each of the above categories, regardless of the amount spent; and each shopper is entitled to redeem UnionPay Bonus Rewards up to 10 times during the promotion period. Shoppers must settle all payments using designated UnionPay cards to redeem and use e-voucher(s) from the UnionPay Spending Rewards Programme.

6.     Premium redemption must be made in person, with validated original receipts, at CLUB CG Member Counter or Customer Care Centre on L2. All receipts will be stamped for administrative purposes. Staff shall take photos of the receipts for verification.   

7.     The UnionPay Spending Rewards Programme is applicable to UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Card”), UnionPay Contactless Payment or UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App or other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network. WeChat Pay, Alipay and Alipay HK are not eligible for this Promotion.

8.     Eligible UnionPay users are required to present the corresponding UnionPay Card bearing the same card number on the electronic payment receipts, original copies of eligible sales receipt(s) from merchant(s), and corresponding electronic payment receipts. The first 4 and last 4 digits of UnionPay Card number, Cardholder's name will be collected and photos will be taken for information on merchant sales invoice(s) and sales memo(s) for internal audit at redemption.

9.     All eligible transactions of the same redemption must be settled with the UnionPay Card(s) of the same UnionPay user and CLUB CG Member, no split transaction is accepted.

10.  Spending must be made via electronic payment (EPS, credit card, debit card, Octopus card, UnionPay card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, PayMe and Boc Pay or any type of electronic payment that is accepted by Swire Properties Management Limited from time to time). Each transaction must be HK$100 or above. Transactions must be made by the same Shopper.

11.  Eligible spending is the net spending amount after deducting any payment made by cash / gift / meal / cake coupons, any kinds of offers, cash rebates and / or discounts from tenants. 

12.  Purchases of gift certificates, merchant vouchers, cash coupons or Jumpin Gym USA tokens are not eligible for this promotion. The following transactions are also not eligible for this promotion: transactions made with credit card points, transactions made at TaSTe, HK JEBN, Pop-up Store, Andante, Essence, Fresh, Olea, The Enclave, The Pavilion, Eternal East Cross-Border Coach, HSBC, HSBC ATM, BOCHK, lockers, Customer Care Centre, Delivery Service Counter by SF Express, car park, hotels, temporary shops, and any shops or outlets at Tung Chung Crescent, and receipts for topping up of Octopus cards.   

13.  Receipts for the purchase of gold pellets, grains, bars, or deposits for gold saving clubs are excluded from this promotion. 

14.  Theatre ticket stubs are not accepted for this promotion. Customers must present the original machine-printed receipt issued by the cinema's box office to redeem the offer. 

15.  Each validated receipt can only be used once and the amount shown on the receipt cannot be split. Reprinted, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Shoppers must present the original receipts and their corresponding electronic payment slips or support (EPS or credit card counterfoils / interface of the mobile payment) to enjoy the offer. Transactions via cash are not accepted. 

16.  Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to require customers to present their EPS card / credit card / debit card / Octopus Card / UnionPay card. For spending by WeChat Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay / BoC Pay / Alipay / Tap&Go / PayMe/ any type of electronic payment that is accepted by Swire Properties Management Limited from time to time, shoppers must present the original electronic payment device, with the device’s account number shown, and corresponding payment record for verification purposes. Redemptions made by employees of Citygate Outlets tenants on behalf of shoppers will not be accepted.   

17.  In the interest of fairness, employees of Citygate Outlets tenants are not eligible to participate in the registration for this promotional programme. 

18.  Only CLUB CG members are eligible to participate in this promotion. Members are required to present their CLUB CG digital membership card for verification. CLUB CG pre-members are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

19.  Non-CLUB CG members or CLUB CG pre-members who attempt to participate in this promotion are required to register as a CLUB CG member. Customers can become a member of the programme by downloading the TAIKOO+ Mobile App and upon single spending of HK$2,000 or above by electronic payment at designated merchants in Citygate Outlets, followed by gift redemption using the same receipt. 

20.  Spending registered for redemption will also be automatically registered for points registration in CLUB CG. Points will be credited to the member’s membership account within seven working days from the day of registering the eligible receipts. Terms and Conditions of the CLUB CG Membership Programme apply. 

21.  Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion and amend any Terms and Conditions of this promotion without prior notice. 

22.  If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 

23.  Should any disputes arise, the decision of Swire Properties Management Limited shall be final.
