UnionPay cardholders using UnionPay QR Code (including J-Coin) via Cloud QuickPass at participating merchants in Japan can enjoy the following offer:
Up to 10% instant discount with no registration required.
Each card is eligible for a maximum discount of JPY 20,000 during the promotion period, with a maximum of 15 discounted transactions per card per month.

1.Each UnionPay card is eligible for up to 15 instant discount transactions per month during the promotion period.

2.For dual-branded cards, transactions completed via Cloud QuickPass through the UnionPay network are eligible for the offer.

3.If a transaction is refunded for any reason, the corresponding discounted transaction count for that month will be deducted accordingly.

4.All times referred to in this promotion are based on Beijing Time (GMT+8). Transaction time is determined by when the transaction is recorded in the UnionPay backend system.

5.All merchants in Japan that accept UnionPay Cloud QuickPass QR Code or J-Coin payments are eligible to participate.

6.For transactions made via J-Coin merchant-presented QR code, users must upgrade Cloud QuickPass to version 10.2.0 or above.

7.The following merchant categories are excluded: government services, public schools, public utilities, charities, social services, and all online merchants. The following transactions are also excluded: reversed, cancelled, refunded/returned, counterfeit, fraudulent, or any transactions deemed ineligible by UnionPay International.

8.Only consumption transactions conducted in Japan with JPY as the transaction currency are eligible. Installment payments, mail order/telephone order (MOTO), ATM, and remittance transactions are excluded. Transaction time, type, and exchange rate are subject to UnionPay system records.

9.Offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while quota lasts.

10.For refunded or returned transactions, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded (excluding the discounted amount). Discount usage will not be reinstated or compensated.

11.Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

12.These terms and conditions are published in Chinese and English. In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.

13.If multiple UnionPay instant discount promotions are available at the same merchant, cardholders may only enjoy the single highest-value discount. Discounts cannot be combined.
