1.  Eligible cards must display the word “Diamond” and the UnionPay logo on either the front or back of the card, and the card number must begin with “62”. ※ Limited to physical plastic cards only.

2. To exchange and register for the “Overseas Customer VIP Club” Gold Membership, please proceed to the Overseas Customer VIP Members Counter on the B1 Floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store. Please present your eligible UnionPay Diamond Card and passport. Membership registration will be completed after confirming that the name printed on the card matches the name on the passport.

※ Please note: Membership in the “Overseas Customer VIP Club” is limited to customers who are eligible for tax refund shopping in Japan.

3. The validity period of the Overseas Customer VIP Club Gold Membership is 3 years. Please refer to the terms and conditions in the documents provided upon registration.
