1. The amount shown on the receipt is the original transaction amount. The actual payment amount is subject to the deduction made by the issuing bank. The exchange rate displayed by the merchant is not the UnionPay exchange rate. Whether the transaction meets the promotion requirements is determined based on the transaction amount and exchange rate processed by UnionPay.

2. Steps to check the discount:

2.1) Add your UnionPay card to the Cloud QuickPass (雲閃付) App in advance.

2.2) Use the designated payment method to participate in the promotion.

2.3) In the Cloud QuickPass App, go to “Card Management” → select the card used → “Transaction History” to view the discount amount.

*The discount information may not be displayed immediately after payment. Please refresh after five minutes to confirm.

*This inquiry function is not applicable to transactions made with UnionPay cards issued outside mainland China.

3. If you have any questions regarding the discount after the transaction is completed, cardholders may contact UnionPay customer service for assistance.

4. The instant discount does not apply to designated brands. Please refer to in-store notices for details.

5. This promotion only applies to transactions processed through UnionPay’s clearing network. Transactions made via UnionPay Online Payment, local switching, intra-bank processing, or third-party payment platforms are not eligible. For dual-currency cards, whether the transaction is processed through UnionPay must be confirmed.

6. Some newly added stores or specific store circumstances may result in certain locations being unable to participate in the promotion (e.g., unmanned vending machines or stores located within large shopping malls may not support or qualify for the discount). If a merchant belongs to two categories, the system will automatically apply the discount based on the merchant code’s assigned category, which cannot be manually selected. If the discount is not applied after payment, it is recommended to request the merchant to cancel the transaction, contact UnionPay customer service for confirmation, and retry the purchase.

7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other UnionPay card discount campaigns (except exchange rate discounts).

8. In the event of a refund or return, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The instant discount amount will not be refunded.

9. Limited quota available. Discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual transaction order. The promotion may end early once the quota is fully used, even before the announced end date.
