I. Benefit Overview:
Cardholders can enjoy customized dining packages at preferential prices in over 800 high-end restaurants across 16 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu, Xi'an, Xiamen, Suzhou, Tianjin, Changsha, Ningbo, Wuhan, Chongqing, and Zhuhai. UnionPay cardholders exclusively enjoy priority booking privileges! This benefit is available in two phases: the Regular Version (August 21 to September 28, 2025) and the Winner Version (October 10 to November 2, 2025). There is no upper limit on the number of times the benefit can be used during the service period, but services may vary by restaurant. For details, please refer to "Service Details".

Customized packages are divided into four tiers. Lunch prices are: ¥78/person, ¥79–¥118/person, ¥119–¥148/person, and ¥188+/person. Dinner prices are: ¥118/person, ¥119–¥178/person, ¥179–¥258/person, and ¥298+/person.

Winner Version: Starting from 10:00 AM on October 10, 2025, cardholders can click the "Book Now" button on the benefit details page to enter the "2025 Splendid Oriental Flavors · Autumn Restaurant Week Winner Version" activity page and start priority booking.
Note: Please confirm that the activity name "2025 Splendid Oriental Flavors · Autumn Restaurant Week" is displayed in the "Activity" section of the booking details; otherwise, the preferential price for customized packages cannot be enjoyed.
【Dining Process】
After successfully booking online and receiving a notification SMS and email (no need to reconfirm booking details with the restaurant), cardholders can go to the restaurant at the reserved time, present the booking QR code or inform the restaurant of the booking details to be seated. After dining, cardholders must pay using a UnionPay card starting with 62 via UnionPay payment methods such as POS card swiping, mobile Pay, or Cloud QuickPass APP.

Activity Rules:
(1) This benefit is only applicable to UnionPay cardholders with cards issued outside Mainland China.
(2) The benefit is available in two phases: the Regular Version (August 21 to September 28, 2025) covering over 800 high-end restaurants, and the Winner Version (October 10 to November 2, 2025). Based on booking volume and user reviews during the Regular Version, over 200 restaurants will be selected to continue offering customized packages in the Winner Version. Restaurants not included in the Winner Version will no longer provide customized packages. For details, refer to the "Restaurant List". Booking is temporarily unavailable from September 29, 2025 to October 9, 2025 (between the end of the Regular Version dining period and the start of Winner Version priority booking).
(3) This benefit is limited to booking by the cardholder (personally) and does not support transfer. Bookings must be made through the designated activity page. To avoid affecting dining, please confirm that the activity name ("2025 Splendid Oriental Flavors・Autumn Restaurant Week") is displayed in the booking details. If the activity name is not shown, it is a regular booking, and such confirmation cannot be used to enjoy the activity package price. If advance payment is required for the booking, refer to the information displayed on the activity menu. Ensure that the contact information provided during booking is accurate, as the platform will use this to contact cardholders in case of special circumstances.
(4) Booking Restrictions: During the service period, each cardholder (identified by the same mobile phone number) can make a maximum of one booking per dining period (brunch, lunch, or dinner) per day, with a single booking limited to 8 seats or fewer. Each cardholder has a quota of 2 pending bookings per restaurant. After attending and completing the most recent booking at a restaurant, cardholders must wait 48 hours or cancel the booking as required before making another reservation at the same restaurant. Except for the above, there is no upper limit on the number of bookings during the service period.
(5) Booking Quantity: Cardholders must specify the number of attendees who will enjoy the activity package during booking. If the actual number of attendees exceeds the booked quantity, extra attendees cannot enjoy the activity package. To adjust the number of attendees, modify the booking details at least 1 hour before the reserved dining time. If bringing children, include their count and it is recommended to contact the restaurant in advance to inquire about their child policy and provide the children's age or height.
(6) Package Prices: Some restaurants may charge additional service fees or taxes; refer to the activity menu published on the activity page for details. For additional orders beyond the activity package, prices and items are subject to the restaurant's markings. Activity packages cannot be used in conjunction with other restaurant promotions or discounts, nor can they be exchanged for cash or other products.
(7) Order Modification and Cancellation: To modify or cancel a booking, cardholders can find the order in "My Bookings" or "Order Management" and complete the process at least 1 hour before the reserved dining time. Otherwise, the booking cannot be canceled and will be marked as "no-show" by the restaurant. Modifications and cancellations must be done by the cardholder; customer service cannot process them. Some restaurants have special time requirements for modifications; refer to the restaurant's official announcements. If the modified time slot is full, modification will fail, and cardholders must reselect a time or cancel the booking. To avoid affecting the dining experience, arrive on time. In case of emergencies beyond the platform's modification/cancellation window, contact the restaurant directly. Restaurants reserve the right to refuse service to cardholders who miss their reserved time.
(8) Deposit Collection: Some high-end restaurants require a deposit to reserve ingredients and seats in advance. Deposit collection methods vary by restaurant:
a. Collected during online booking: The deposit will be deducted from the total bill during settlement (total bill - deposit for actual attendees). Check the restaurant's cancellation and deposit refund policies during booking.
b. Collected directly by the restaurant: Refer to the booking instructions in the menu for contact information and amount. It is recommended to pay proactively to confirm the booking; failure to pay on time will result in inability to enjoy the activity package.
(9) Other Notes:
a. If cardholders are vegetarians or have specific food restrictions, note this in the booking remarks so the restaurant can prepare alternatives. Final alternatives are subject to the restaurant's on-site offerings. Restaurants reserve the right to refuse requests to replace specific dishes in the activity menu due to dietary preferences. Cardholders can also contact the restaurant in advance to inquire about alternatives.
b. Requests for window seats or scenic seats will be arranged based on the restaurant's actual availability. Cardholders with such requests are advised to confirm with the restaurant in advance.
c. Restaurants may adjust menus or business hours during the activity due to operational needs, seasonal ingredients, or force majeure. The final dishes and services are subject to the restaurant's offerings. If cardholders cannot accept the modifications, they may cancel the booking for free (no cancellation fee). UnionPay International and DiningCity do not guarantee that restaurants will not modify menus and are not liable for such changes.
(10) To ensure more cardholders can enjoy this benefit, UnionPay International and service providers reserve the right to withhold discounts, recover issued benefits, and prohibit participation in future UnionPay promotions for cardholders who violate usage rules or improperly obtain benefits, including their associated mobile numbers, bank card numbers, or APP accounts.
(11) Cardholders agree to authorize UnionPay International to provide their mobile phone number to DiningCity for benefit provision and complaint handling. If restaurants need to contact cardholders for service support, DiningCity may share the cardholder's mobile number with the booked restaurant. Information collection cycles align with activity announcement periods. To terminate authorization, unbind the card on the benefit platform and cease using the benefit.
(12) Participation in the benefit constitutes acceptance of these terms. All time points are based on UnionPay International's backend system time (Beijing Time). Within the scope of law, UnionPay International, DiningCity, and participating restaurants reserve the right to modify terms (e.g., activity duration, eligibility) with updates posted on the activity page.
(13) This benefit is provided by DiningCity. For process-related issues, contact the service hotline: 021-31076100 (service hours: 9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) or email info@diningcity.asia. As a third-party platform for restaurant guides, bookings, and event organization, DiningCity is not liable for matters occurring at restaurants beyond booking. For comments on food or service quality, DiningCity can provide contact information and assist in communication with the restaurant.
(14) The terms and conditions are written in both Chinese and English languages. If there are any differences, the simplified Chinese version shall prevail.

Exception Clause:
1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff. 2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant. 3.The design, text, images and links contained in this page shall only be used, permitted by UnionPay International, for the purpose of promoting the corresponding activities of UnionPay International. After the end of the promotion, the link and other related content will be invalid. If used, please delete it immediately. Unionpay International shall not be liable for the consequences or damages incurred as a result of any failure to delete it in time or unreasonable use.
