UnionPay International and Credit Bank of Moscow signed a cooperation agreement, agreeing to enable UnionPay cards to be accepted by all merchants and ATMs under Credit Bank of Moscow by 2015 and further expand the UnionPay card acceptance coverage in Russia.

Credit Bank of Moscow is one of the largest private banks in Russia, with its main business covering the capital Moscow and Moscow Oblast.

Currently, UnionPay cards have been accepted by over 100,000 POS terminals and over 30,000 ATMs in Russia, covering airports, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, drug stores and other everyday consumer places in dozens of cities including Moscow, St.Petersburg, Vladivostok, etc.
