As permitted by applicable law, brands decide their own participation in the promotion, and have the final right to withdraw from the promotion during the promotional period. DFS will not bear responsibility for the withdrawal of any brand from the promotion.

7. A total of 700 quotas will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. The currency exchange rate shall be the exchange rate displayed on the official website of UnionPay International on the date of transaction.

9. No partial refunds will be provided for transactions made using this offer. In cases of refunds or product returns, only the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded. 

10. The discount quota is deemed consumed upon refunding.

11. The use of the offer might be subject to additional terms and conditions. In case of discrepancies, please refer to the notice inside stores. 

12. In order to allow more users to enjoy the benefits of this promotion, UnionPay reserves the right to deny discounts, reclaim issued discounts, and prohibit future participation in any UnionPay promotional activities for users who use or are suspected of using methods that violate the promotion rules or unfair means to obtain UnionPay discounts, including but not limited to phone numbers, bank card numbers, and app accounts.
