During the promotion period, UnionPay cardholders arriving and departing from Changi Airport with a valid boarding pass with Chinese Mainland destinations are eligible for the exclusive discounts at participating stores at Singapore Changi Airport by using a UnionPay card (card numbers starting with 62), UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code for payment:

Receive a discount of SGD20 on a minimum of SGD200 nett (after all other discounts and promotions) spend in a single receipt at participating merchants; Limited to first 2500 redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis;

Receive a discount of SGD40/80/300/800 on a minimum of SGD300/600/1500/3000 nett (after all other discounts and promotions) spend in a single receipt at all Shilla Perfumes & Cosmetics outlets (exclude Dior, Maison Christian Dior and Chanel brands);

Receive a discount of SGD45/120/300/850 on a minimum of SGD400/700/1500/3000 nett (after all other discounts and promotions) spend in a single receipt at all Lotte Duty Free outlets (exclude Tobacco);

Customers must collect the instant discount vouchers in advance from the (click or see attachment) before making the payment in store. Vouchers are in limited quantity and available on a first come first serve basis. Upon arriving at the store, customers must use a UnionPay card (card number starting with '62'), or make payment via UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code that is linked to a UnionPay card starting with '62', in order to enjoy this offer.

Activity Rules：

1.     The promotion period starts from 24 April 2025 (00:00hrs, SGT) to 25 May 2025 (23:59hrs, SGT) or while stocks last.

2.     Transaction must be made with a valid UnionPay card (card number starting with ‘62‘); or UnionPay Mobile QuickPass; or UnionPay QR Code that is linked to a UnionPay card starting with '62'; and through the UnionPay Network. Transactions made via third-party platforms (such as Alipay and WeChat Pay) are not eligible for this offer.

Use an at participating outlets for an SGD20 discount on a single receipt of SGD200 or more (after all other discounts and promotions); Limited to first 2500 redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis;

Use an at all Shilla Duty-Free outlets in the airport transit and arrival areas (excluding Dior, Maison Christian Dior and Chanel brands) for an SGD40/80/300/800 discount on a single receipt of SGD300/600/1500/3000 or more (after all other discounts and promotions);

Use a at all Lotte Duty-Free outlets in the airport transit and arrival areas (excluding Tobacco) for a SGD45/120/300/850 discount on a single receipt of SGD400/700/1500/3000 or more (after all other discounts and promotions).

3.     Vouchers are in limited quantity and available on a first come first serve basis. The promotion may end earlier than the specified promotion period if the quota is reached. For details, please refer to the promotion voucher download page and information in store.

4.     All passengers arriving and departing from Changi Airport with a valid boarding pass with Chinese Mainland destinations are eligible for the promotion. A boarding pass is required to be presented to cashier.

5.     Each voucher is valid for 5 days from the day of collection. If vouchers are not used within the validity period, it will expire after 5 days.

6.     The promotion is valid at participating outlets on a first come first serve basis, while stocks last and excludes Tobacco, Dior, Maison Christian Dior and Chanel Cosmetics purchases.

7.     Discounts are only applicable with valid vouchers which can be downloaded from (click or see attachment), and when the nett spend charged to a qualifying UnionPay Card meets the minimum spend in a single transaction. Splitting or combining of transactions (such as cash) is not allowed. Each Customer is limited to download and redeem only 1 voucher for each of the spend tiers across all participating outlets during the campaign period.

8.     Promotion is limited to 1 redemption per receipt per customer. Each voucher can only be used once and cannot be split. Refunds, exchange, or exchange vouchers for cash will not be accepted.

9.     The promotion can be used in conjunction with other in-store promotions, discounts and/or offers, unless otherwise stated.

10.  Please flash the voucher during payment at the cashier. Once the cashier has keyed in the 3-digit pin to redeem the voucher in the and click “Confirm” button, it will be considered as redeemed and cannot be used again.

11.  In the event the transaction is refunded in part or in full, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder (excluding the discount amount) will be refunded.

12.  If a customer has any record or behavior of using or suspected of using illegal or improper methods to obtain promotion discounts, UnionPay International and Changi Airport Group has the right to take measures such as not granting discounts, cancelling the customer's current or subsequent participation qualifications, and recovering the discounts that the customer has already obtained.

13.  UnionPay International and Changi Airport Group reserves the rights to amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
