4. The free Louvre Museum ticket is valid until January 31, 2026. Tickets past the expiration date are void and are not eligible for refund or extension.

6. Each ticket entitles admission for one person only; tickets may not be split, transferred for cash, or partially redeemed.

Entry is permitted only upon presentation of both the reservation confirmation and the UnionPay-issued ticket.

8. In the event of a refund or product return, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The Louvre ticket must be returned unused.
