Activity Rules：

1. The Promotion is valid from 15th January to 31st December 2025(refers to “Promotion Period”),  This promotion is not applicable on the following holidays: Lunar New Year's Eve (29th day of the lunar calendar), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Winter Solstice.

2. The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit Cards and ATM Cards imprint with UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Card”), UnionPay Mobile QuickPass(refers to “UnionPay Mobile QuickPass”)and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment, refers to “UnionPay QR Code”), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.

3. Participating merchant include all outlets of Hong Kong region and Macau region Lei Garden (except ifc mall in Central and Elements in West Kowloon, HKSAR) (refers to “Participating merchant”).

4. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 5% off for Dine-in, including a 10% service charge (refers to “Offer”).

5. Booking is required.  Cardholders are required to present a UnionPay Card and state the use of the Offer before ordering.

6.  The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

7. The offer does not apply to takeaway, VIP room, Lei Garden Cash Coupon, promotion and discounted items, set menu, banquets, or festive products.           

8. Offer carries no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and no redemption.

9. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is not the supplier of such products/service/offer/food/beverages/menu purchased and Cardholders should refer to Participating merchants for details. UnionPay International accepts no liability for the quality of products/service/food/beverages provided by the Participating merchants.

10. Lei Garden Restaurant Group reserves the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations. In case of disputes, Lei Garden Restaurant Group’s decision shall be final.

11. Lei Garden Restaurant Group reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
