Activity Rules：

1.       The offer is only applicable for UnionPay cardholders and the reservation is to be made by a valid and unexpired UnionPay card.

2.       The offer is available for stays until 30 June 2025 at JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La.

3.       Back-to-Back stay is not applicable.

4.       Prepayment will not be refunded or cancellations.

5.       Two free standard bag laundry wash per week. Up to 2kg.

6.       This room package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

7.       Rate is subject to a 10% service charge. Booking is subject to room availability.

8.       Guestrooms are for accommodation purposes only (except designated room packages). The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-accommodation purposes, including wedding parties and events.

9.       UnionPay card used at time of booking needs to be presented during check-in.

10.   In case of any dispute, JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La reserves the right of interpretation to the extent permitted by the applicable.

11.   UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided by the merchants.

12.   Under scope of applicable laws, UnionPay International reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.

13.   UnionPay International reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
