Activity Rules：

1. The duty-free counter is located on the 7th floor of the Iwataya Main Building and the basement 2nd floor of Fukuoka Mitsukoshi Department Store.

2. Each customer can only receive one gift..

3. Gifts are available in limited quantities, and will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out.

4. Iwataya Mitsukoshi also issues a guest card to all cardholders, which entitles them to a 5% discount on regular purchases. Present your guest card when  purchasing to receive the 5% discount.

•The Guest Card entitles the cardholder to a 5% discount on eligible purchases at Isetan Mitsukoshi Group department stores.

•The card is valid for foreign passport holders who are visiting Japan as non-resident or international tourists and have stayed in Japan for less than 6 months. Please note that a passport is required for issuance.

•The card will be issued at the duty-free counter on the 7th floor of the Iwataya Main Store and the duty-free counter on thebasement  2nd  floor of Fukuoka Mitsukoshi.

•Please note that some products and services are not eligible for discounts with the Guest Card.
