1.      The UnionPay Exclusive HK$50 Instant Discount at Maxim’s Chinese Cuisine in Hong Kong Region (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is valid from August 19, 2026 to December 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive, hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"), excluding September 19–20, September 25–26, October 1, December 12–13, and December 19–26, 2026. 3.      This Offer is applicable to dinner dine-in à la carte seating only. Each transaction is eligible for a maximum instant discount of HK$50.

4.      The Offer is applicable to transactions conducted with UnionPay credit and debit cards (i.e., ATM cards) (hereinafter referred to as "UnionPay Card"), UnionPay Mobile Pay (including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Huawei Pay, etc., hereinafter referred to as "UnionPay Mobile Pay"), and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App or other mobile applications supporting UnionPay QR Code, hereinafter referred to as "UnionPay QR Code"). Transactions must be settled in full amount through the UnionPay network to enjoy the Offer.

5.      This Offer is applicable to all outlets of Maxim's Palace, Jade Garden, Jasmine, Serenade, The Square, Chiuchow Garden Restaurants, Shanghai Garden, Peking Garden, Chiuchow Garden, M&C Duck, and Duck Victoria.

6.      Split transactions are not accepted. The remaining balance after applying the instant discount must be settled through the UnionPay network.

7.      Dine-in fee is subject to tea charge, appetizer fee & 10% service charges. Spending does not include the amount of service charge.

8.      The Offer is not applicable to the following transactions:

i. Transactions made via WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, and AlipayHK;

ii. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts;

iii. Not applicable to VIP rooms, Maxim's Group products, Maxim's gift vouchers, Maxim's cake vouchers, gift vouchers, other cash vouchers, other promotional offers (including takeaway discounts), or other credit card promotional offers (including American Express Gourmet Club and Hang Seng enJoy Card offers), nor is it applicable to banquets, private room dining, and festive food items.

9.      This Offer is non-resellable, non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts, and non-returnable.

10.  No member points will be awarded for using this Offer.
