4.  Each Hong Kong and Macau Regions Klook user can enjoy each offer once per calendar month. Each transaction can use one promo code only. The quota will be released on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 (Hong Kong Time) and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual transaction order, until the quota is exhausted.

5.  Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions:


a) All transactions involving cancellations, claims, refunds, and/or returns; all automatic transfers, unposted transactions, or any other payments not designated by UnionPay International as eligible for the promotion;


b) All payments made through e-wallets or third-party payment methods (including but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay HK) and all e-wallet top-up transactions; and Octopus automatic top-up service transactions;


c) If the user fails to enter the promo code during the transaction, resulting in the inability to enjoy the offer, neither UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) nor Klook shall be responsible.
