1. Campaign Details:
The campaign will be run by phases. During each phase, cardholders will have the opportunity to enjoy one free dental service benefit with eligible transactions after apply. (Please refer to the phase page in U Rewards for detailed phase period, transaction hurdle and coupon value). Specifically, this benefit includes professional teeth cleaning services at high-end dental medical institutions.
After receiving the benefit voucher, cardholders must submit details such as the desired teeth cleaning time and institution through the Benefit U Reward Platform within 30 days from the voucher collection date. They can then select a service time for booking within the subsequent 30 days. Upon successful booking, cardholders can enjoy the teeth cleaning service by presenting the booking SMS/email. Cardholders must visit the selected institution on the scheduled appointment date to avail of the corresponding benefit. Failure to complete the booking within the benefit validity period or to attend the scheduled service after booking will result in the automatic invalidation of the benefit eligibility, with no reissue provided.
To cancel or modify a booking, cardholders must contact the service provider at service01@leya920.com before 12:00 noon two days prior to the scheduled teeth cleaning. Only one modification/cancellation is allowed per booking. If a booking is canceled, the number of available booking attempts for the benefit will be restored, but the cardholder must rebook within the voucher validity period (i.e., 30 days from the voucher collection date).

2) Benefit Redemption (After fulfill the transaction hurdle) :Log in U Rewards—— Click “Benefit Wallet” —— Click “Use Now” —— Fill in appointment information and patient information —— Click "Submit" —— Once the appointment is confirmed, please bring valid ID and appointment E-MAIL visit on time
Activity Rules:
1. Each U Rewards account only can apply the campaign with one card within each phase. Once apply successfully, the applied card can’t be updated or deleted.
2. After registration, cardholders must complete eligible offline consumption transactions of RMB 1,500 or more (or equivalent in other eligible currencies) in Mainland China during the promotion period. Eligible transactions include offline card payments, mobile contactless payments, payments initiated via the Cloud QuickPass APP, and QR code payments scanned through the Cloud QuickPass APP or bank APPs—all processed and cleared through the UnionPay network. Non-consumption transactions such as repayments and online transfers are excluded, with final eligibility determined by UnionPay's system. Qualified cardholders will receive the free dental benefit within 2 business days after completing the eligible consumption. Successful registration does not guarantee benefit allocation; slots are assigned based on the date and time the consumption threshold is met, on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The region, date, time, amount, exchange rate, and other details of eligible transactions are subject to the final records in UnionPay's backend system. Only eligible transactions incurred from the date of successful registration to the end of each promotion phase will be counted. Transaction amounts are calculated in RMB based on the UnionPay network's clearing rate on the transaction date. For transactions in non-RMB currencies, the amount will be converted using the exchange rate adopted by the UnionPay network. In case of returns, the eligible transaction amount will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Do not contact dental institutions directly to modify or cancel bookings. Due to the uncertainty of resource arrangements at dental institutions, the timeliness of bookings cannot be guaranteed. Failure to attend the scheduled teeth cleaning after successful booking will be deemed as the benefit having been used.
5. This benefit is for the exclusive use of the cardholder and is non-transferable. The cardholder shall bear all consequences arising from unauthorized transfer of the benefit. Please carry relevant identification documents (such as a passport or temporary residence permit) during the teeth cleaning service.
6. Eligible dental institutions are those listed as selectable on the platform; no additional institutions are specified in these terms.
7. Due to differences between cities and dental institutions, exceptions to these terms may apply. Actual arrangements shall prevail, and specific details should be confirmed with the service provider.
8. To ensure more cardholders can enjoy this benefit, UnionPay International reserves the right to restrict or cancel a cardholder's eligibility to participate in the promotion, as well as to revoke or recover already issued benefits without prior notice, if the cardholder engages in any of the following behaviors: (1) conducting fake or illegal transactions; (2) violating promotion rules or using unethical means or tools such as system vulnerabilities, plug-ins, or external software to fraudulently obtain benefits; (3) having restricted eligibility for participating in other previous UnionPay International marketing activities due to violations.
9. By participating in the promotion, users consent to and authorize UnionPay International and the service provider to collect their name and mobile phone number for the purpose of providing benefits and handling complaints. The information collection period is consistent with the promotion period. To terminate this authorization, users must unbind their cards and cease participating in the promotion.
10. All time points specified in this promotion are based on UnionPay International's backend system time (Beijing Time). In case of force majeure events (such as major disasters, orders from competent authorities to suspend or adjust the promotion, system failures requiring suspension, or fraudulent activities that harm consumer rights), UnionPay International reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the promotion within the scope permitted by law, with effect upon announcement.
11. Participation in the promotion constitutes the user's understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
