During the activity period, registered users who use a UnionPay card starting with 62 for POS consumption at any accepting merchant in all of Turkey, with a single transaction amount of 1,000 Turkish Lira or more, can enjoy a random reduction of 1 to 300 Turkish Lira.

Activity Rules：

1. Activity Period: February 16, 2026, to January 10, 2027 (including both start and end dates), or until the activity budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. The time zone is subject to the UnionPay backend system (GMT+8).

2. Participation Method:

- Registration: Users must successfully register through the activity QR code or a designated link.

- Applicable Scope: Successful POS consumption at any UnionPay-accepting merchant in Turkey (excluding ATM cash withdrawals and remittances).

- Discount Mechanism: A single transaction of 1,000 Turkish Lira or more qualifies for a random reduction of 1 to 300 Turkish Lira.

- Frequency Limit: Each UnionPay card is limited to 3 discounts per day, with a cumulative maximum of 30 discounts per card during the activity period.

- Quota Limit: The quota is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual transaction sequence, and will cease when the activity budget is exhausted.

3. This activity is only open to UnionPay cards (including credit and debit cards) issued globally, excluding Turkey, with card numbers starting with 62. Before payment, please ensure your card bears the "UnionPay" logo and that the payment card number matches the card number registered for participation. If the registered card number is entered incorrectly or does not match the actual payment card number, the discount cannot be availed.

4. Network Requirement: Transactions must be processed through the UnionPay network to be eligible.

5. User Definition: The same device, same user ID, same registered mobile number, same mobile number reserved with the bank card, same bank card (physical card), same ID number, etc., are all considered the same user; virtual mobile numbers are not allowed to participate in the activity.

6. Refund Rules: Only valid consumption transactions are eligible for participation. Cancellations, pre-authorizations, refunds, or abnormal payments are not eligible for the discount.

7. Refund Amount Calculation: In the event of a refund (including full or partial refund), only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded; the discounted amount will not be refunded.

8. Discount Amount Display: The merchant receipt will only show the original amount before the discount. The discounted amount needs to be checked through bank account notifications (App and SMS), bank statements, or UnionPay’s U Plan "Discount History" records, among other ways.

9. Exchange Rate Difference: Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the real-time exchange rate at the time of refund may differ from the rate at the time of debit, leading to a discrepancy between the actual amount in card currency credited for the refund and the initial debited amount.

10. Compliance Behavior: Users shall not engage in fraudulent transactions, illegal profiteering, malicious use of multiple accounts/devices, or use robots or web crawlers, among other non-compliant behaviors. Upon discovery, UnionPay reserves the right to cancel their eligibility, claw back any discounts already enjoyed, and pursue legal action.

11. Arbitrage Handling: UnionPay has the right to recover fraudulently obtained discounted funds from users who violate the rules and maliciously engage in arbitrage, and to blacklist them, refusing their participation in any subsequent UnionPay promotional activities.

12. Disclaimer: Circumstances preventing participation due to users' electronic devices not being supported, limited card functions, or various third-party system issues are irrelevant to the organizer and UnionPay International.

13. Age Restriction: In compliance with local Turkish laws, specific commodities such as tobacco and alcohol are only available for purchase by adults aged 18 and over.

14. Specific Restrictions: Transactions involving the purchase of gift cards, pre-paid cards, etc., are not eligible for this activity.

15. Organizer Rights: This activity is organized by UnionPay International. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the rules based on the actual progress of the activity (including but not limited to amount, threshold, quota, etc.). The adjusted information will be announced on the activity page and will take effect.
