1. After pre-registration, the cardholder must use the registration card to make single transaction of CNY50 or above at offline merchants in Chinese Mainland through POS, quickpass payment (including card quickpass payment and mobile quickpass payment), UnionPay QR code, bank App and UnionPay App. After reaching the transaction hurdle, the cardholder will obtain the benefit voucher 2 days later, and must redeem them into KLOOK coupons within 30 days from the receipt of equity coupons or within the activity period (whichever is shorter) and use them up.

2. Each U Rewards account is limited to one benefit voucher. Each benefit voucher can only be used for one time and is non-transferrable. The benefit vouchers are limited and served based on first-come-first-served.

3. Cardholder shall use the registration card to complete payment (Online Payment function should be supported. Please refer to your issuer banks if you have troubles on payment in KLOOK page).

4. If the payment currency is different from the KLOOK coupon currency, the value of KLOOK coupon will be transferred to corresponding amount of the payment currency according to the exchange rate of KLOOK system.

5. Each KLOOK account can only use one KLOOK coupon during each activity period. The KLOOK coupon can only be deducted once and will become invalid immediately upon use.

6. The location, date, time, amount, exchange rate, etc. of the transactions of the Eligible cards shall be subject to the final record of the UnionPay system. The benefit only counts the Eligible Spending made by Eligible Card generated from application time to 23:00 of the end date of each child campaign (Beijing time).

7. Charity and social service transactions, transactions involving online merchants (including but not limited to OTAs, overseas shopping websites, and various shopping apps), and any refund transactions will not be eligible for this activity. Once a transaction is cancelled or returned, the amount and number of eligible transactions will be deducted accordingly, and UnionPay International has the right to cancel or reclaim the issued rights directly or through the issuing bank without further notice.

8.If any of the following situations occur, their eligibility to participate in this event will be restricted or cancelled, and UnionPay International has the right to directly or through the issuing bank cancel or revoke the rights that have already been issued without further notice, including but not limited to: engaging in false or illegal transactions, violating activity rules, limiting UnionPay's eligibility to participate in historical marketing activities due to violations, exploiting system vulnerabilities, cheating software, plugins, and other dishonest means or tools to embezzle rights.

9. The Benefit is intended for personal use only, and is not transferable. The Benefit cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
