Promotion details
After registering for a UnionPay card issued in countries or regions outside the Chinese
mainland, if you have spent CNY200 yuan or more offline in the Chinese mainland during the
promotion, you will have the opportunity to enjoy one free high-speed rail VIP service. Offers
are limited, with a total of 150 on a first come first served basis.
Each qualified UnionPay card can only register for the benefit once meeting the requirements
during each promotion. After receiving a benefit coupon, the cardholder must present the coupon
code, ticket information, cardholder’s identity information and other rights and interests
within 14 days from the date of receiving the coupon at the applicable high-speed rail station.
The coupon will not be reissued after it expires.
After receiving the benefit coupon, the cardholder can enjoy domestic airport VIP services at
more than 100 high-speed rail stations in more than 100 cities across Chinese Mainlans, including
high-speed rail lounge services, and rapid check-in services accompanied and guided by concierge
to the ticket gate. The high-speed rail station service network continues to be updated, and
there are certain differences in specific services among different high-speed rail stations.

How to use
1. Registration path: Enter the "U Rewards" platform to register.
2. Redemption method (after meeting the requirements): After the consumption meets the
requirements and receives a benefit coupon, the cardholder must present the coupon code and use
rights at the applicable high-speed rail station within 14 days after receiving the coupon.

Single-term activity details
1. After registration, the cardholder must spend a total of CNY200 or more with the registered
card at offline merchants in the Chinese mainland within the promotion period by swiping the
card, QuickPass (including contactless cards and mobile contactless payments), UnionPay QR code,
bank app, and UnionPay App, and then the cardholder will have the opportunity to enjoy one free
high-speed rail VIP service benefit. Benefit coupons will be issued to eligible cardholders
within 2 days after the qualified consumption transaction is completed. Each qualified UnionPay
card can register for the promotion once during each promotion period. Successful registration
does not mean that a benefit coupon has been obtained. Coupons are allocated based on the date
and time when the activity consumption threshold is reached. They will be issued on a
first-come-first-served basis, until the quota is fully used up. The total amount for the offer
is 150.
2. Cardholders need to download UnionPay App, enter the "U Rewards" platform, find the
"Consumption benefits of high-speed rail VIP Service in the Chinese mainland" activity section to
register, and receive a benefit coupon after the consumption reaches the requirements.
Cardholders must present their coupon code for usage rights within 14 days from the date of
receipt at the applicable high-speed rail station. The coupon code for using VIP rights can only
be verified once. Once the staff confirms the verification, the VIP usage code will be deemed to
have been used.
3. During the validity period of the coupon code, the cardholder must go to the designated
reception point of the applicable high-speed railway station to present the coupon code. After
the staff verifies the coupon code and other relevant identity information, the cardholder can
enjoy the service through scanning the code for verification and cancellation.
4. The rights and interests of high-speed rail passengers at high-speed rail stations include
high-speed rail lounge services, rapid check-in services accompanied and guided by concierge to
the ticket gate. The high-speed rail station service network continues to be updated, and there
are certain differences in specific services among different high-speed rail stations.
5. Single person benefits are limited to the cardholder himself/herself. Children under the age
of 6 will not be counted in the number of accompanying guests, but those over the age of 6 will
be counted in the number of accompanying guests.
6. This benefit does not need advance reservation. Cardholders can purchase it in real-time and
then verify it at the high-speed rail station.
7. The waiting time is generally 3 hours per time in high-speed rail VIP halls. However, during
peak holidays such as the Qingming Festival, May Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Spring
Festival and other holidays or special meeting periods, the actual reception time is based on
the local station hall, and in principle, not less than 1 hour/time. If the high-speed rail VIP
lounge is saturated, the use of VIP lounge services will be limited. Please refer to the actual
service situation of each high-speed rail station hall. If you encounter problems such as full
occupancy or temporary suspension of the VIP lounge, please call Joyful Journey's 7*12-hour
(8:00-20:00) and customer service hotline 4009209966 for consultation. After verification, you
can process the refund process and refund the corresponding number of benefit coupons used.
Please choose a reasonable time to redeem benefits and enjoy the service according to your
travel plan and also the location and business hours of the station hall in the service scope.
8. The cardholder agrees and authorizes UnionPay International Co Ltd (hereinafter “UnionPay
International”) to provide his/her mobile phone number and name to Beijing Joyful Journey
Technology(Group) Co.,Ltd. for providing rights and interests for the cardholder and handling
complaints. The information collection cycle is consistent with each promotion announcement
cycle. If users need to stop information authorization, they need to unbind the registration
card on the rights platform and stop enjoying such rights.
9. To enable more users to benefit from this promotion,UnionPay International and the
participating merchants reserve the right to withdraw discounts, recover discounts that have
already been issued, and prohibit future participation in any UnionPay promotional activities
for users who exploit or are suspected of exploiting UnionPay's discounts in violation of the
promotion rules and regulations or in improper ways, as well as the tools they utilize,
including but not limited to, mobile phone number, bank card number, and APP accounts.
10. By participating in the use of rights and interests, users are deemed to have understood and
agreed to these service rules and regulations. The time points of this benefit service will
accord with the system time (Beijing Time) of UnionPay International's background system. Within
the scope permitted by law, UnionPay International reserves the right to adjust, suspend and
terminate this benefit.
