Terms & Conditions

1.      The Promotion is valid from 9^th February 2024 to 31^st March 2024 (Both dates inclusive, refers to “Promotion Period”) .

2.      During the Promotion Period, eligible Cardholders are entitled to enjoy instant discount of HK$100 upon single net spending of HK$300 or above at Imperial Patisserie (refer to “Imperial Patisserie”) Hong Kong shops (refer to “the Offer”), not applicable to Imperial Patisserie online shop. Full payment must be made with UnionPay Card/UnionPay QR Code along with designated Imperial Patisserie u•plan Electronic Coupon (refer to “e-Coupon”).

3.      Each card is entitled to enjoy the Offer up to a maximum of 4 times during the Promotion Period.

4.      The e-Coupon is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. The Promotion may end early subject to the availability of designated e-Coupon, and the actual circumstance of the shops.

5.      Eligible Cardholders should present the designated u•plan e-Coupon which is available to collect in the App, pay via the UnionPay Card/UnionPay App bound with UnionPay Card (card number starting with 62). Qualified transactions must be settled via UnionPay network to enjoy the Offer.

6.      Each e-Coupon can only be used once and cannot be split. The Offer carries no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods or services, and no cash redemption.

7.      The validity of e-Coupon is shown on its surface. Only one e-Coupon can be applied in each transaction.

8.      The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other UnionPay offers.

9.      The Offer is not valid for buying cash vouchers, moon cake, wedding vouchers and hamper products.

10.   In case of refund, only the amount paid by App users will be returned.

11.   If the transaction amount does not meet the spending requirement after refund, Cardholders will not be able to enjoy the Offer and are needed to return the deducted amount.

12.   e-Coupon will be invalid after used and will not be returned in case of refund.

15.   Imperial Patisserie reserves the right to amend or terminate the privileges and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.

16.   In case of disputes, the decision of Imperial Patisserie shall be final.

17.   Should there be any discrepancy or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions of terms and conditions, the Simple Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
