BackReward Double Up with UnionPay @Harbour City
During 1 March to 14 April 2024, upon same-day spending in Harbour City (max. 2 different outlets) with UnionPay Card starting with 62, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code, UnionPay users can redeem a series of RewardsΔ:
ΔUnionPay user must spend with UnionPay Card starting with 62, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code and participate in Harbour City "Shop for Free Dining" promotion to redeem the rewards at the redemption counter within 8 days from transaction date or on or before 14 April 2024 (whichever earlier). During the promotion period, the UnionPay user must redeem all rewards at the same time and is eligible to redeem the Rewards up to 5 times, in which the user is eligible to redeem Extra Reward ONE time with e-pass. Rewards are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. UnionPay user can redeem reward once only for spending at the same merchant on the same day. Total amount of the spending must be settled with UnionPay Card of the same Cardholder and same HARBOUR CITYZEN member; receipts-splitting will not be accepted. Terms and Conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions
- Reward Double Up with UnionPay @Harbour City (refers to "Promotion") is valid from 1 March to 14 April 2024, both dates inclusive (refers to "Promotion Period").
- The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with card number starting with 62 (refers to "UnionPay Card"), except for the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions and all UnionPay Prepaid Cards. The Promotion is not applicable to Harbour City Prepaid Gift Card. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network including physical UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including but not limited to Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) and UnionPay QR Code. WeChat Pay, Alipay and Alipay HK are not eligible for this promotion.
- UnionPay user is required to register online via pass.harbourcity.com.hk as HARBOUR CITYZEN (refers to "Member") in advance in order to join the Promotion. Each UnionPay user can register as Member once only. Harbour City Estates Limited (refers to "Harbour City") reserves the right to request UnionPay users to present their proof of identity for verification.
- Basic Reward: Upon participating in "Shop for Free Dining" promotion of Harbour City, UnionPay user is entitled to redeem 2 pieces of HK$100 Dining e-Cash Voucher and 1 piece of HK$50 City Super Group e-Cash Voucher upon spending of every HK$2,000 (a maximum of 2 sales slips from different merchants on the same day by the same member can be accumulated, up to HK$10,000) with any UnionPay Card during the Promotion Period. A maximum of 5 Dining e-Cash Vouchers can be redeemed each time. City Super Group e-Cash Voucher(s) can be used in city'super and LOG-ON in Harbour City only. UnionPay users can only use City Super Group e-Cash Voucher(s) for payment once on the same day, maximum 5 vouchers can be used in a single transaction.
- Extra Reward: UnionPay user is entitled to redeem a HK$500 Harbour City Gift Card (refers to "Gift Card") with e-pass in "My Wallet" upon same-day spending of HK$40,000 (a maximum of 2 sales slips from different designated merchants on the same day by the same member can be accumulated, minimum HK$5,000 per sales slip) at any merchants under "Fashion" or "Watches, Jewellery & Accessories" in Harbour City with any UnionPay Card during the Promotion Period.
- UnionPay user must redeem all Rewards at the same time and is eligible to redeem the Rewards up to 5 times, in which the Cardholder is eligible to redeem Extra Reward ONE time with e-pass during the entire promotion period. Each eligible original receipt will entitle one redemption only. Each eligible transaction and same-day transaction from the same merchant can only be used for redemption once.
- All eligible transaction of the same redemption must be settled with the UnionPay Card(s) of the same Member and same user, no split transaction is accepted. Sales slips and machine-printed merchant invoices used in other promotions in Harbour City can be reused in this Promotion.
- "Enjoy up to HK$5,750 Cash Vouchers and Gift Card" is calculated based on same-day spending HK$10,000 at any merchants in Harbour City 5 times to redeem 50 pieces HK$100 Dining e-Cash Vouchers (total value HK$5,000) and 5 pieces of HK$50 City Super Group e-Cash Voucher (total value HK$250); and same-day spending of HK$40,000 at any merchants under Fashion or Watches, Jewellery & Accessories in Harbour City once to redeem a HK$500 Harbour City Gift Card with UnionPay Card during the Promotion Period.
- The e-Cash Vouchers and Harbour City Gift Card for redemption during the entire Promotion Period are on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. UnionPay user is suggested to check the redemption status with redemption counter.
- Dining e-Cash Vouchers is applicable to designated Restaurants and Confectionery merchants in Harbour City as HK$100 cash upon any spending. Each Cash Voucher can be used once only. Any unused balance of Cash Voucher will be forfeited. Please refer to the e-Cash Voucher for details and terms.
- City Super Group e-Cash Voucher is applicable to city'super and LOG-ON in Harbour City as HK$50 cash upon any spending. Each e-Cash Voucher can be used once only. Any unused balance of Shopping Voucher will be forfeited. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of e-Cash Voucher must be settled by UnionPay Card via UnionPay network. Please refer to the e-Cash Voucher for details and terms.
- UnionPay user is required to login the membership website/APP onsite and present the original copies of valid sales slip(s), machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s), together with the UnionPay Card bearing the same card number on sales slip in person at Level 4, Ocean Centre (Near Shop OC 415-9 MUJI) from 12:30pm to 9pm within 8 days from transaction date or on or before 14 April 2024 (whichever earlier). Redemption by merchant staff or third party is not accepted. Staff members reserve the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
- For transactions with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, UnionPay user is required to login onsite and present the eligible virtual UnionPay Card on mobile device or watch, original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoice and valid sales slip. For transactions with UnionPay QR Code, UnionPay user is required to login onsite and present the transaction details in app on mobile device, original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoice and valid sales slip. Screenshots of mobile device or watch is not accepted.
- Eligible amount is calculated in terms of each set of UnionPay Card and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discount, privileged coupons or cash coupons). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same UnionPay user will be calculated separately.
- Only original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips are accepted. The original copy of machine-printed merchant sales invoice should state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly. The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of UnionPay users (if applicable) clearly. If UnionPay users cannot present the valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and/or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount etc, or the information provided by UnionPay users is insufficient, UnionPay users will not be able to redeem gifts for whatever reason.
- Value-adding receipts, transaction for purchasing cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards are not eligible for redemption. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment (include but not limited to gold club / jewellery club and fitness club), medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment service, car parking fee, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B merchants are not eligible. For instalment transactions, only the first month's instalment payment amount will be accepted for this Promotion. Photocopied, handwritten, duplicate and split receipts are not accepted.
- For product deposit payment on 1 March to 14 April 2024, Members can redeem the rewards within 8 days from the day of product pick up (last pick up & redemption date is 14 April 2024). Members are required to present their own UnionPay Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipts of deposit payment / balance payment (if any) / product pick up slip from Harbour City's merchant; and electronic payment slip/ transaction record in logged-in mobile payment App. Spending amount is counted by total value of the product (deposit + balance).
- For restaurants requiring deposit payment on 1 March to 14 April 2024 Members can redeem the rewards within 8 days from the day of dining (last dining & redemption date is 14 April 2024). Members are required to present their own UnionPay Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipts (showing the total spending amount including the deposit payment) of the restaurants; and electronic payment slip/ transaction record in logged-in mobile payment App of the deposit payment and balance payment on the day of dining. Total spending amount is counted by deposit and balance payment.
- All original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff members at the redemption counter after redemption. UnionPay users cannot request for refund from merchants with the stamped sales invoices. Balance of the transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotions.
- The first 4 and last 4 digits of UnionPay Card card number and information on UnionPay users' machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips will be collected for internal audit upon redemption. The information collected will be destroyed 2 months after the Promotion.
- Gifts cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded, redeemed for cash nor other gifts and no change will be provided under any conditions once they are issued. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") and Harbour City reserve the right to retrieve or cancel the transferred gifts.
- UnionPay user should refer to the Cash Voucher and Gift Card for the terms and conditions. They will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.
- In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and Harbour City reserve the right to disqualify the UnionPay users immediately and retain the right for legal action. For any disqualified redemption/UnionPay user, UnionPay International and Harbour City reserve the right to retrieve the gifts.
- UnionPay International Company Limited and Harbour City are neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International and Harbour City shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided by the merchants.
- UnionPay International and Harbour City reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
- Sales staff and employees of Harbour City tenants are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Harbour City shall be final.
- UnionPay International and Harbour City reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
