7. During the Term, all redemptions shall be made in person and registered at the Registration & Redemption Counter at Opal Lobby (outside the Fendi store) at The Promenade Shops, Galaxy Macau from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. (midnight). In the event that an eligible shopper makes a late night purchase (i.e. after 11:45 P.M.), the shopper is allowed to redeem the prize before 12:00 P.M. (noon) the next day provided that all Redemptions shall be made within the Term.
8. To join the Redemption, an eligible shopper shall present the following items at the Registration & Redemption Counter on the same day of purchase:
8.1.1. One (1) single same-day receipt issued by a select retail shop or two (2) same-day receipts issued by two different select retail shops together with the corresponding UnionPay Card and UnionPay sales slip(s) as required for the UnionPay Shopping Voucher(s) redemption;
8.1.2. All purchased items referred to on the relevant receipt(s);
8.1.3. Valid original identification document (Macau or Hong Kong Identity Cards or another reasonably acceptable form of travel documentation) of the shopper; and
8.1.4. GEG Privilege Club, JINMEN Premium Club, GEG VIP membership card or Galaxy Group (as defined below) staff card of the shopper.
9. All The Promenade Shops Gift Certificates and UnionPay Shopping Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
10. All The Promenade Shops Gift Certificates and UnionPay Shopping Vouchers referred to in sub-paragraphs 5.1.1 to 5.1.4 and 6.1.1 to 6.1.4 above must be used on or before 2 March 2020.
11. Copied, defective, defaced, damaged or tampered receipt(s) including UnionPay sales slip(s), or receipt(s) and UnionPay sales slip(s) not issued on the same day of the Redemption will not be accepted by NGECL for Redemption purposes.
12. Deposit receipts, credit card sale slips, hand-written or reprinted invoices will not be accepted by NGECL for Redemption purposes.
13. Redemption must be made by eligible shoppers in person. Owners and employees of any retail shops at the Promenade Shops and any employees of the Galaxy Group (as defined below) are NOT allowed to redeem for any shopper.
14. Redemption registration with any incomplete or false information may be rejected by NGECL acting in its sole and absolute discretion.
15. By participating in the Redemption, shoppers hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorize NGECL and any of its affiliated companies (collectively, the “Galaxy Group”) to collect, use, store and process by any means and whether in Macau or in another jurisdiction the shoppers’ personal information (“Data”), for the purposes stated herein as well as for marketing any food and beverage, accommodation and entertainment related services and products, including via direct marketing. Shoppers consent to the confidential communication and transfer of the Data to such service providers (properly licensed to provide such services under Macau law) who are engaged by the Galaxy Group at any time to assist with the administration and management of the Data. Participants of the Redemption have the right at any time to update or revise their Data, or refuse or withdraw their consent provided herein by choosing to unsubscribe to any electronic newsletters or marketing communications, or by calling the customer services hotline at +853 8886 1027.
16. Owners and employees of any retail shop of The Promenade Shops are NOT eligible to participate in this Redemption.

Terms and Conditions of The Sun Arcade Splendid Autumn:
1. Cardholders are eligible to redeem rewards at The Sun Arcade by spending with UnionPay Cards.
Reward 1: Receive HK$100 Mannings Cash Voucher (refers to “Gift 1”) upon accumulating 4 transactions spending with same UnionPay Card (no less than HK$600 for each transaction during Promotion Period) in same Participating Mall;
Reward 2: Receive HK$300 SHKP Mall Gift Certificate (refers to “Gift 2”) upon accumulating 3 transactions spending with same UnionPay Card (no less than HK$5,000 for each transaction during Promotion Period) in same Participating Mall.
2. Each set of qualified sales slips and sales invoices is eligible to be used for redemption once only. Sales slips and sales invoices used for redemption of Reward 1 cannot be used to redeem Reward 2, and vice versa.

Terms and Conditions of Gift Redemption:
1. Cardholders must present the original copies of valid machine-printed merchant sales invoices and the corresponding UnionPay Card sales slips, together with the UnionPay Card bearing the same card number in person at the designated redemption location in Participating Mall on the transaction day within the designated time period. Redemption of gift is valid after verification by staff. Staff reserves the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
2. Transaction and redemption must be done in the same Participating Mall, and the transactions have to be settled by same UnionPay Card. Either deposit transaction or remaining balance transaction can be used for redemption. If deposit transaction is settled on the redemption day, only deposit amount will be calculated in eligible spending. If remaining balance transaction is used for redemption, Cardholders have to present the original copies of merchant invoices and sales slips for both deposit transaction and remaining balance transaction for verification purpose.
3. Only original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips issued to Cardholders by merchants of Participating Mall are accepted. The merchant sales invoices issued during non-opening hours will not be accepted. In case of any discrepancy, the opening hours stated on Participating Mall official website shall prevail for all purposes. The original copy of machine-printed merchant sales invoice should state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly. The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. If Cardholders cannot present the valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and/or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount etc, or the information provided by Cardholders is insufficient, Cardholders will not be able to redeem Gift for whatever reason. Sales slips and sales invoices that are damaged, outdated and unable to show clearly the transaction dates, time, amounts, currencies or without showing any card numbers are not acceptable.
4. Sales invoices, receipts or sales slips in copies, handwritten-styled or reprint and bank statement will not be accepted. 5. Staff of redemption counter have the right to make photocopies of the machine-printed merchant sales invoices and record the Cardholder's name, partial UnionPay Card card number (the first 6 and last 4 digits or the first 12/16 digits of UnionPay Card card number), information on machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips for internal record during redemption. The personal information collected will only be used for the Promotion, and will be destroyed after the Promotion. Provision of the above information by the Cardholders represents that Cardholders agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection.
6. All original copies of merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff of redemption counter after verification.
7. Redemption takes place at Customer Service Counter, 1/F from 10am to 10:30pm at The Sun Arcade.
8. Gift will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage. Gift cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash under any conditions once they are issued.

Terms and Conditions of Gift Redemption:
1. Cardholders must present the original copies of valid machine-printed merchant sales invoices and the corresponding UnionPay Card sales slips, together with the UnionPay Card bearing the same card number in person at the designated redemption location in the Participating Malls on the transaction day within the designated time period. Redemption is valid after verification by staff members. Staff members reserve the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
2. Transaction and redemption must be taken place in the same Participating Mall with the same UnionPay Card. Each sales slip or merchant sales invoice can be used once only and cannot be re-used in other promotions (except points registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Programme). The personal information collected will only be used for the Promotion, and will be destroyed after the Promotion. 6. All original copies of merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff members of redemption counters after verification. Terms and Conditions of Privilege 2:
1. Cardholders are entitled to receive a complimentary HK$50 CTS Travel Coupon (refers to "Travel Coupon") upon single spending of HK$1,000 or a complimentary HK$100 Travel Coupon upon single spending of HK$2,000 with an eligible UnionPay Card or UnionPay QR Code (UnionPay App and Bank App) settled via UnionPay network at any CTS branch in Hong Kong and Macau during the Promotion Period.

General Terms and Conditions:
1. Cardholders are eligible to redeem complimentary HK$150 YATA/Mannings Gift Certificate (refers to “Certificate”) upon spending of HK$3,000 (a maximum of 4 and a minimum of 2 sales slips from a single designated destination with the same UnionPay Card. The eligible transaction amount is based on the preset exchange rate) in a single currency in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore or Taiwan Region (refers to “Travel Spending”) from 1 December 2019 to 31 January 2020 (refers to “Travel Spending Period”) plus single spending of HK$200 (refers to “Local Spending”) at Designated SHKP Malls from 1 January to 29 February 2020 (refers to “Local Spending Period” or “Redemption Period”) with the same UnionPay Card issued in Hong Kong or Macau.
4. Each Cardholder is eligible to participate in Redemption Programme 4 times with the same UnionPay Card in each Designated SHKP Mall throughout the whole Redemption Period. Each sales slip can only be used once for certificate redemption regardless of its amount. Sales slips and merchant sales invoices used in Redemption Programme cannot be re-used in Winter Spending Privileges with UnionPay Card at SHKP Malls, other promotions (except point registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Programme) or promotions in other SHKP Malls and vice versa.
5. Based on the preset exchange rate, the eligible transaction amount in foreign currency is illustrated below:

6. Cardholder must present the original copies of valid UnionPay travel and local spending sales slips, machine-printed local merchant sales invoice and the corresponding UnionPay Card during Redemption Period for redemption. The transaction date on travel spending sales slip and local spending sales slip must be dated within Travel Spending Period and Local Spending Period respectively. The transaction date of local spending must be the same as the redemption date. Expired sales slips will not be accepted.
7. The total travel spending amount is calculated based on individual UnionPay Card card number. The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately. Eligible amount will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discounts, privileged coupons or cash coupons).
8. A quota of 4,000 sets of Certificate is available for redemption throughout the whole Redemption Period in all Designated SHKP Malls. Certificate for each Designated SHKP Mall is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
9. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of Certificate must be settled via UnionPay network.
10. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Terms and Conditions of Certificate Redemption:
1. Cardholders must present the original copies of valid machine-printed merchant sales invoices and the corresponding UnionPay Card sales slips, together with the UnionPay Card bearing the same card number in person at the designated redemption location in the Designated SHKP Malls on the transaction day within the designated time period. Redemption is valid after verification by staff members. Staff members reserve the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
2. Transaction and redemption must be taken place in the same Designated SHKP Mall with the same UnionPay Card. Each sales slip or merchant sales invoice can be used once only and cannot be re-used in other promotions (except point registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Programme). If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction. The remaining balance cannot be used to participate in any other promotional activities (except point registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Programme). Remaining balance can be used to participate in the Redemption Programme only (except point registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Programme) if the deposit has not been used for participation in any promotional activities before. Presentation of the original copies of machine-printed merchant sale invoice and sales slip of the deposit is required at redemption for verification.
3. Only original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips issued to Cardholders by merchants of Designated SHKP Malls are accepted. The original copy of machine-printed merchant sales invoice should state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly. The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. If Cardholders cannot present the valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and/or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount etc, or the information provided by Cardholders is insufficient, Cardholders will not be able to redeem Certificate/Gift for whatever reason. Sales slips and sales invoices that are damaged, outdated and unable to show clearly the transaction dates, time, amounts, currencies or without showing any card numbers are not acceptable.
4. Merchant invoices from the following merchants or transactions will not be accepted for the Redemption Programme: Apple Store, travel agencies, cross-border buses, properties agencies, elderly home, medical and dental/clinic services, car parking, carwash and car care services, purchase of parking cards, kiosks, exhibition venues, temporary exhibition booths, tenants in office buildings, hotels, banquets, banking services, insurance premium, money exchange shops, tuition fee/membership fee/monthly fee, purchases or top up of Octopus Cards, any value-added and payment services, mail/fax/email/phone orders, online shopping (except online purchase of movie tickets), telecommunication fee, purchase of calling cards, purchase of tickets (such as mall events and concert tickets), purchase of admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, trade-in transactions/product redemption, purchase and use of gift certificates, cash coupons, SHKP Mall Gift Certificates, SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates, gift cards, membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards, value-added cards and food coupons (including but not limited to bakery vouchers, mooncake vouchers, rice dumpling vouchers, CNY pudding vouchers and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers), purchase of gold grains/gold bars, deposit for gold saving club, payment settled by cash or other trades decided by Designated SHKP Malls. Sales invoices, receipts or sales slips in copies, handwritten-styled or reprint and bank statement will not be accepted. Transactions do not include the cancelled, refunded, forged and unsettled transactions.
5. Staff members of redemption counters have the right to make photocopies of the machine-printed merchant sales invoices and record the Cardholder's name, partial UnionPay Card card number (the first 6 and last 4 digits or the first 12/16 digits of UnionPay Card card number), information on machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips for internal record during redemption. The personal information collected will only be used for the Redemption Programme, and will be destroyed after the Redemption Programme. Provision of the above information by the Cardholders represents that Cardholders agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection.
6. All original copies of merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff members of redemption counters after verification. Cardholders cannot request refund from merchants with the sales invoices that have been stamped. The transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotion.

8. Certificate will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage. Certificate cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash under any conditions once they are issued.

10. Participation in the Redemption Programme constitutes an acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Redemption Programme.
