5.Each cardholder is eligible to redeem Free Parking once at each participating mall on each redemption day. Redemption with more than one UnionPay Card per each cardholder at each participating mall on the same day is unacceptable.
6.Split transactions will not be accepted. Cardholders’ transaction from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple sales invoices or sales slips to participate in the promotion. Each sales invoice or sales slip can be used once only. It cannot be re-used in other promotions (including offers of UnionPay Card) in the same participating mall (only applicable to New Town Plaza). If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction. 13.All original copies of merchant sales invoices will be stamped by mall staffs after verification. Cardholders cannot request refund from merchants with the sales invoices that have been stamped. Eligible amount is calculated based on individual UnionPay Card number and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of applicable discounts, privileged coupons or cash coupons). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately. Merchant sales memos, receipts or sales memo from the transactions of purchase of infant milk powder (stage 1) and SOGO Gift Certificates will not be accepted for the Promotion. Transaction from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple sales memos to participate in the Promotion.
8. Cancelled, refunded, forgery and unsettled transactions are not eligible for Gift or Gift Certificate redemption. If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction.
9. All original copies of machine-printed merchant sales memos will be stamped by staff members at the redemption counters after redemption. Cardholders cannot request for refund from merchants with the stamped sales memos. Balance of the transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotions. 6. UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version; to cancel, revise, suspend or terminate all or any parts of the Promotion, at any time without prior notice or reason. UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls shall not take any responsibility for any dispute related to the mechanism of the Promotion.

Terms and Conditions of u.plan Rewards at New Town Plaza:
1. From 23 September to 30 November, Cardholders are eligible to redeem the following rewards upon spending a designated amount with UnionPay Card. Rewards are as follows:
Reward 1: Receive HK$50 Dining Voucher upon spending of HK$1,500 (a maximum of 2 same-day sales slips from different merchants with transaction amount no less than HK$100 each with the same UnionPay Card);
Reward 2: Receive HK$200 SHKP Mall Gift Certificate and HK$50 Beauty Voucher upon spending of HK$8,000 (a maximum of 2 same-day sales slips from different merchants with transaction amount no less than HK$100 each with the same UnionPay Card);

4. Only original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips issued to Cardholders by merchants of New Town Plaza are accepted. The original copy of machine-printed merchant sales invoice should state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly. The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. If Cardholders cannot present the valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and/or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount etc, or the information provided by Cardholders is insufficient, Cardholders will not be able to redeem Gift for whatever reason. Sales slips and sales invoices that are damaged, outdated and unable to show clearly the transaction dates, time, amounts, currencies or without showing any card numbers are not acceptable. Merchant invoices from the following merchants or transactions will not be accepted for the Promotion/Redemption Programme: Apple Store, travel agencies, fitness and beauty centers, cross-border buses, properties agencies, elderly homes, medical and dental/clinic services, carwash, car care services or the purchase of parking cards, kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / pop-up store, tenants in office buildings, hotels, banking services, insurance premiums, money exchange shops, tuition, membership fee or any other monthly fees, the purchase or topping-up of an Octopus or value-added or payment services, mail, fax, email or phone orders, online shopping (except the online purchase of movie tickets), telecommunication fees or the purchase of calling cards, the purchase of tickets (such as mall events and concert tickets), the purchase of admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, trade-in transactions or product redemptions, the purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, or gift certificates, including SHKP Mall Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates, membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, food coupons (including but not limited to bakery, mooncake, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers), the purchase of gold grains, bars or deposit for gold saving club, any split transaction or payment settled by cash, or any non-eligible transactions determined by New Town Plaza. Sales invoices, receipts or sales slips in copies, handwritten-styled or reprint and bank statement will not be accepted. Transactions do not include the cancelled, refunded, forged and unsettled transactions.
5. Each qualified sales slip can be used once only and cannot be re-used in other promotions (including The Point by SHKP Membership Programme). If the sales slip achieve the requirement of redemption, it can be used to redeem both “Splendid Autumn Privilege” and “u.plan Rewards”.
6. Eligible spending amount is calculated with either the amount on the merchant sales invoice or the corresponding electronic money sales slip whichever is higher (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discounts, cash coupons, privileged coupons or promotion codes). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately.
7. If the transaction is paid by installments, the eligible spending amount is the total amount of the transaction on the merchant sales invoice. The deposit and remaining balance are calculated with the spending amount on the merchant invoice.
8. Split transactions are not accepted. All the sales invoices must be transactions from different merchants.
9. Staff of redemption counters have the right to make photocopies of the machine-printed merchant sales invoices and record the Cardholder's name, partial UnionPay Card card number (the first 6 and last 4 digits or the first 12/16 digits of UnionPay Card card number), information on machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips for internal record during redemption. The personal information collected will only be used for the Promotion/Redemption Programme, and will be destroyed after the Promotion/Redemption Programme. Provision of the above information by the Cardholders represents that Cardholders agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection.
10. All original copies of merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff of redemption counters after verification. Cardholders cannot request refund from merchants with the sales invoices that have been stamped. The transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotion.
11. Each Cardholder is entitled to redeem Reward 1, Reward 2 and Reward 3 once per each Reward on each day. Redemption with different UnionPay Cards under the same Cardholder on the same day will not be accepted.

The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately.
7. Transactions made in independent counters are counted the sales invoices individually to redeem offer 2 or 3.
8. Cancelled, refunded, forgery and unsettled transactions are not eligible for Cash Coupon redemption. If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction. The remaining balance cannot be used to participate in any other promotional activities.
9. Merchant invoices, receipts or sales slips from the following merchants or transactions will not be accepted for The Promotion: Purchase of New Yaohan Cash Coupon, transactions made at Angela's Cafe, Deli Lafayette and Challenger, any reloading services, cancelled or refunded transactions. Photocopied sales invoice(s), receipt(s) or sales slip(s), out-dated receipt(s), duplicate receipt(s), damaged receipt(s) are not acceptable.
10. All original copies of merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff members at the redemption counter during redemption. Cardholders cannot request for refund from merchants with the stamped sales invoices. Balance of the transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotion.
11. Upon redemption, Staff of New Yaohan on Cardholder's merchant sales invoice and sales slips of UnionPay Card for internal audit (including first 6 digits and last 4 digits of card number). All related information will be destroyed after the Promotion. Disagreement of Cardholder will lead to disqualification of joining The Promotion.
12. Cash Coupon is valid until 31 December 2019. It is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts. 13. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of Cash Coupon must be settled via UnionPay network.
