During the promotion, holders of UnionPay cards (including debit and credit cards) starting with 62 issued outside the Chinese mainland are eligible for the offer. Those who pay designated hotel merchants in Haikou by inserting, waving, or tapping their card over the POS terminal or using mobile QuickPass (excluding QR code payment) offline can enjoy CNY 30 off an order worth CNY 300 or more. This offer can be availed once monthly per user. All hotels participating in this promotion are considered as a single merchant. During the promotion, the total quota is 200 each month and shared by all hotels. The offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

1. During the promotion, anyone meeting any of the following criteria will be regarded as "one cardholder": using or owning the same bank card number, same ID card number, same account, same registered mobile phone number, same mobile phone number or same device. 2. The promotional offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
3. In the event of any refund or revocation, the rebate amount will be deemed void, and the actual amount paid will be refunded to the original card. The discount will be deemed used. 4. To enable more users to benefit from this promotion, China UnionPay and the participating merchants reserve the right to withdraw discounts, recover discounts that have already been issued, and prohibit future participation in any UnionPay promotional activities for users who exploit or are suspected of exploiting UnionPay's discounts in violation of the promotion rules or in improper ways, as well as the tools they utilize, including but not limited to, mobile phone numbers, bank card numbers, and app accounts.
5. Only transactions processed through UnionPay network are qualified for the promotion.
6. The time records of all activities of this promotion will accord with UnionPay's back-end system timing. To the extent permitted by law, UnionPay reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate this promotion effective upon announcement.
7. By participating in the promotion, users will be deemed to have understood and agreed to the promotion rules. For any inconsistency between the rules and in-store notice, users can appeal to UnionPay. UnionPay will then solve such inconsistency promptly.
8. In the event of a full return of the order in which the cardholder enjoys the discount, the actual amount paid will be refunded, and the discount amount will not be refunded; in the event of a partial return, the discount amount corresponding to the returned part will not be refunded, and the unreturned part will enjoy the discount in proportion to the order amount. For both full returns and partial returns, the cardholder is deemed to have used the discount, which cannot be availed again.
9. During the promotion, if the cardholder engages in cheating activities (such as bulk registration, refund fraud, fake sharing, fraudulent transactions, and arbitrage), or uses unapproved tools, plug-ins or other methods that break the rules and sabotage the fairness of the promotion, the cardholder will be disqualified and the cheating order will be canceled.
10. In case of a force majeure event or change of situation (including but not limited to a major disaster event, suspension or adjustment required by instructions from regulatory units or government agencies, and suspension caused by severe cyber attack or a system failure), UnionPay reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and claim exemption in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
11. By participating in the promotion, cardholders are deemed to have understood and agreed to the promotion details and rules.
