1.          The promotion is valid from 19 April to 9 June 2024, both dates inclusive (refers to “Promotion Period”).

4.          UnionPay Mobile QuickPass refers to the contactless payment via UnionPay network using an eligible UnionPay Card which has been added into the wallet of designated smartphones or wearable devices. For UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, Cardholders are required to present their eligible virtual UnionPay Card on the mobile device or wearable device to the cashier before payment and settle with mobile payment to enjoy the Offer.

5.          UnionPay QR Code Payment refers to payment made by scanning UnionPay QR Code with an eligible UnionPay Card added to the app. Cardholders should present the eligible payment code to the cashier and successfully settle with mobile payment via UnionPay network to enjoy the Offer.

6.          Each card is entitled to enjoy the Offer once per day, with a maximum of 52 times during the Promotion period. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) and Japan Home Centre(H.K) Limited (refers to “JHC”) reserve the right to request a refund of additional offers enjoyed by the Cardholder.

7.          The Offer is valid at JHC, $mart, DAY DAY STORE, Citylife, Home+ by Ella in Hong Kong and Macau, as well as JHCeshop.

8.          Offer is not applicable to the in-store check out machines. To enjoy the offer through Online shopping, Cardholders have to enter the corresponding promo code featured on the website.

9.          The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, except for J Fun membership or in-store discounts.

10.      The Offer will be given immediately upon an eligible transaction. No accumulation or replacement is allowed.

11.      The eligible amount is calculated based on the net spending amount of each invoice. Split transactions will not be accepted. The transaction amount made by the primary and supplementary cards under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately. The following transactions are not eligible: government levy on plastic shopping bags, delivery fees, transactions without sales slips, and any unauthorized transactions.

12.      Transactions do not include the cancelled, refunded, forged, and unsettled transactions. In the event of a full refund after the Offer has been enjoyed, only the amount paid by the Cardholder will be returned. In the event of a partial refund, the Cardholder can still enjoy the Offer if the final net spending amount meets the spending requirement after the refund; otherwise, the discount of the Offer enjoyed will be deducted from the refund.

13.      The quota will be counted as used if a refund is processed.

14.      The Offer carries no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, other goods, or services.

15.      Quotas apply on a first-come-first-served basis. The Promotion will end early once all quotas are reached.

17.      UnionPay International is neither the vendor nor service provider and is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchants.

18.      UnionPay International and JHC reserve the right to amend or terminate the Offer and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations of the Offer.

19.      In the event of any disputes, the decision of JHC shall be final.

2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
