Activity Rules：

1.    The promotion is valid from April 15 to December 31, 2024.

2.    During the promotion period, UnionPay Cardholders can enjoy a 5% discount upon any personalized jewellery purchase at PROMESSA Personalized Jewellery Store at Hong Kong with UnionPay cards.

3.    The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit Card and ATM Card with card number starting with 62 (refers to “UnionPay Card”), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.

4.    UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is not the supplier of the products/services/offers patronized and therefore will not assume any responsibility for the relevant products/services/offers.

5.    Offer is only applicable to personalized jewellery items.

6.    Offer cannot be used for trade-in items.

7.    Tailor-made jewellery order must be made within promotion period.

8.   Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

9.   UnionPay International and Chow Sang Sang Jewellery Company Limited (refers to “Chow Sang Sang”) reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.

10.  Chow Sang Sang reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.

11.  UnionPay International and Chow Sang Sang reserve the right to change the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions at any time.  If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3. Merchants and/or offer may be affected by COVID-19. Details shall be subject to the announcement of the merchant.
