Terms and Conditions
  • The promotion is valid from 21 November to 30 November 2025, or until the quotas are fully utilised, whichever is earlier (based on the transaction date) (refers to“YATA Shopping Days”).
  • The Offer is applicable to all YATA physical stores in Hong Kong (refers to“Participating Stores”).
  • During the YATA Shopping Days period, cardholders who pay via UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code at Participating Stores will enjoy the following Offers:
    Offer 1: Enjoy 7% instant discount on a single net spending amount of HK$450 or above, each transaction can enjoy up to HK$50 instant discount (Spend HK$450 can enjoy HK$31.5 instant discount, spend HK$714 can enjoy HK$50 instant discount) ; each card is entitled to enjoy Offer 1 once daily and total up to 5 times during the YATA Shopping Days; Offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
    Offer 2 : Extra 5% Off on selected Items
    Extra 5% off only applicable on selected items only ; Offer 2 applies to designated items at YATA physical stores ; Limited quantities available while stocks last; For more details, please refer to the in-store promotional materials. (Offer 1 and 2 are hereinafter referred to as “Offers”)
  • Offers are applicable to payments made via UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, etc.) or UnionPay QR Code payment (including UnionPay App and other apps supporting UnionPay QR Code). To be eligible for the Offer, the full transaction amount must be settled via the UnionPay network (excluding payment methods such as WeChat Pay and Alipay ).
  • Quotas apply on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. The Promotion may end earlier once the quotas are fully utilised. Each card is entitled to enjoy Offer 1 once daily and total up to 5 times during the YATA Shopping Days. In case of violation, UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") and YATA Limited (hereinafter referred to as “YATA”) reserves the right to recover the relevant discount. In the event of any breach of the terms, UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) and YATA Limited (hereinafter referred to as “YATA”) reserve the right to reclaim the relevant Offer.
  • Spending amount is calculated based on the net spending amount per transaction. Split transaction is not accepted. Offers are not applicable to purchases of YATA gift certificate, infant formula (Stage 1), plastic shopping bag charges, other specified items, service fees, or transactions at YATA online store. Transactions that are unposted, cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent will not be counted as eligible. The spending amount of the primary and supplementary cards under the same cardholder will be calculated separately.
  • The instant discount amount will not be shown on the sales slip. The net amount after deducting instant discount will be displayed upon successful payment. Final transaction amount can be checked via mobile wallet or app transaction history.
  • UnionPay International will apply the instant discount at the time of payment based on the transaction amount and time initiated by the merchant(s), and cannot be accumulated or reissued. The Offer details will not be shown on the receipts.
  • The Offers carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. It is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  • Unless otherwise specified, the offers can be used in conjunction with other offers, including cross-border exchange rate discounts. Instant discount will be deducted first and followed by exchange rate discounts and other offers.
  • In all circumstances, all transaction time (including but not limited to transaction date/time), transaction amount, reversal, revocation, cancellation or refund shall be based on the records of UnionPay network.
  • UnionPay International and YATA shall not be responsible for any failure to participate in the promotion due to communication system failures, interruptions, interceptions, delays, power outages, data loss, device malfunction, or other technical issues related to POS terminals, bank cards, electronic transaction systems, bank systems, phone lines, or networks.
  • The usage of UnionPay App or other applications is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please refer to the relevant app information or issuing bank for details. UnionPay International and YATA shall not be responsible for the effective use of such applications.
  • UnionPay International is not the supplier of the products or services, thus accepts no liability in relation to such products or services.
  • Cardholders participating in YATA Shopping Days shall be deemed as understanding, acceptance, and agreement to comply with all terms and conditions of the Promotion.
  • Within the scope of applicable laws, UnionPay International and YATA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, modify or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice to cardholders, and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such amendments or termination. All information is subject to the final version announced through the official channels of UnionPay International.
  • In case of any disputes, UnionPay International and YATA reserves the right of final decision.
  • Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
