Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion is valid from 1st August to 8th November 2023 (refers to "Promotion Period").
- The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit Card and ATM Card with card number starting with 62 (refers to "UnionPay Card"), UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, Samsung Pay, Mi Pay, OPPO Pay, vivo Pay, Flyme Pay and HCE)(refers to "UnionPay Mobile QuickPass")and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment) (refers to "UnionPay QR Code"), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
- The offers are applicable to all participating outlets of Marathon Sports and Catalog in Macau, but not including online shop, disposal venues, consignment products and counters (refers to "Participating Outlets").
- During Promotion Period, UnionPay Card cardholder enjoy Offer 1 and 2 at the participating outlets: Offer 1: Cardholder is entitled to an instant discount of MOP50 with UnionPay Card or an instant discount of MOP60 with UnionPay QR Code/ UnionPay Mobile QuickPass upon single net spending of MOP1,100 on any 2 items. Offer 2: Enjoy 20% off discount on purchasing Marathon Sports Own Brand regular-priced apparel (applicable to Marathon Sports in Macau) Offer 1, 2, and other promotions can be used simultaneously.
- UnionPay Mobile QuickPass refers to eligible UnionPay Card binding at mobile device or watch, and the payment successfully completed at Participating Outlets. Cardholders are required to present eligible UnionPay Card binding at mobile device or watch and completed the payment via UnionPay network as to enjoy the offer.
- Hong Kong cardholders can use Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, and HCE for UnionPay Mobile QuickPass ; Macau cardholders can use Apple Pay and Huawei Pay for UnionPay Mobile QuickPass ; Cardholders in Mainland China can use Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, Samsung Pay, Mi Pay, OPPO Pay, vivo Pay, Flyme Pay, and HCE for UnionPay Mobile QuickPass.
- UnionPay QR Code refers to UnionPay App or other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment transaction details at mobile device and the payment successfully completed at Participating Outlets. Cardholders are required to present App Payment Code and completed the payment via UnionPay network as to enjoy the offer.
- Each eligible cardholder can enjoy Offer 1 a total of 2 times at each Participating Outlets daily during the promotion period. Quota applies on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
- UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchants.
- UnionPay International and participating merchants reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
- In case of disputes, the decision of participating merchants shall be final.
- UnionPay International and participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
