Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, the SOGO Thankful Weeks Beauty Pre-sale applies to SOGO Causeway Bay Store and Kai Tak Store, with the promotion period from October 17 to October 23, 2025, inclusive (hereinafter “Promotion Period”). The offer must be redeemed at the same store where the transaction was made.
Offers are applicable to the transaction made via UnionPay Credit Cards and ATM Cards imprint with UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Cards”) bound to UnionPay Mobile Pay (including Apple Pay and Huawei Pay, etc., refers to “UnionPay Mobile Pay”) and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay APP or other mobile applications supporting UnionPay QR Code, refers to “UnionPay QR Code”), excluding RMB UnionPay Cards issued by designated card issuers in Hong Kong and Macau. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
Cardholders must present the following for redemption : For UnionPay card transactions- The UnionPay card used for the transaction, the original printed merchant receipt, and the original transaction slip ; for UnionPay Mobile Payment or UnionPay QR Code transactions - Transaction details from the mobile wallet or app supporting UnionPay QR Code, the eligible UnionPay card added to the mobile phone or watch, the original printed merchant receipt, and the original transaction slip. Redemption must occur within the business hours on the same day of purchase at the SOGO Causeway Bay Store New Wing B1/F Cashier or SOGO Kai Tak Store B1/F Cashier (hereinafter “Redemption Locations”). Offers can only be redeemed after verification by staff. Redemption cannot be authorized to others, and receipts are invalid after the redemption deadline.
This promotion only accepts original transaction slips and original printed merchant receipts. The original transaction slip must clearly display the UnionPay card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code, and cardholder's signature (if applicable). The original printed merchant receipt must clearly display the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, and purchase items. The transaction amount on the receipt must match the amount on the transaction slip. If the cardholder fails to present a valid original printed merchant receipt, original transaction slip, and/or the specified UnionPay card, UnionPay QR Code app, or transaction details from the mobile wallet on the phone or watch with matching details (merchant name, transaction date, amount, etc.), or if the provided information is incomplete for any reason, the cardholder will not be eligible to redeem the offer.
The transaction amount is calculated per individual UnionPay card number and only includes the actual transaction amount (i.e., the remaining amount after discounts, coupons, or vouchers). Transaction amounts for different primary and supplementary cards held by the cardholder will be calculated separately.
Transaction amounts do not include canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or unposted transactions. If a transaction involves only a deposit, the transaction amount is calculated based on the deposit paid on that day, not the total transaction amount.
All original printed merchant receipts used for redemption will be stamped by staff to indicate successful redemption. Any transaction amount exceeding the redemption requirement cannot be used for other offers. If a refund is requested after redeeming a gift, the cardholder must first return all redeemed gifts to the Redemption Location before processing the refund with the relevant merchant.
During redemption, staff reserve the right to record the first 6 and last 4 digits of the UnionPay card number, and other details from the merchant receipt and transaction slip for record-keeping purposes.
The balance of coupon must be paid via UnionPay network.

Lost or damaged gifts will not be replaced. Photocopied or damaged gifts will not be accepted. Once issued, gifts cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed under any circumstances.
Gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
If a cardholder engages in any fraudulent or deceptive behavior, UnionPay International Limited (“UnionPay International”) and SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited (refers to “SOGO”) reserve the right to immediately cancel their redemption eligibility, pursue legal action, and reclaim any redeemed gifts.
UnionPay International is not the supplier of the products or services and shall not be responsible for their quality.
Under scope of applicable laws, UnionPay International and SOGO reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations. If changes are made to the Promotion, the details shown on in-store promotional materials shall prevail.
In case of dispute, the decision of SOGO shall be final.
UnionPay International and SOGO reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
