Terms and Conditions

The promotion period of “UnionPay • SHKP Malls Gift Card Promotion” (“Promotion”) is from 4 May to 30 May 2026, while stocks last (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will be terminated immediately after all quotas of the Offers are depleted without prior notice.
The Promotion is applicable only to members of The Point Integrated Loyalty Program (“Members”).
The Promotion is applicable only to UnionPay Credit Card, ATM Card and Debit Card issued in Hong Kong and Macau (“UnionPay Card”). The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network to participate in the Promotion.

The Promotion is only applicable to the SHKP Malls Gift Card sales counter in the participating malls under Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (the “SHK Real”), including apm (Kwun Tong), East Point City (Tseung Kwan O), Landmark North (Sheung Shui), New Town Plaza (Sha Tin), V city (Tuen Mun) and YOHO MALL (Yuen Long) (the “Participating Malls”). Location and operating hours of the SHKP Malls Gift Card sales counter at each Participating Mall are as follows:

The Promotion is only applicable to the purchase of SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card(s) at the Gift Card sales counters in the Participating Malls. Purchases of SHKP Malls e-Gift Card are not eligible for the Offers.

During the Promotion Period, Members are entitled to redeem the reward (“Reward”) stated below (“Offers”) upon purchasing a HK$8,000 SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card with eligible UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile Contactless Payment (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Huawei Pay and Samsung Pay) or UnionPay QR Code Payment (including the UnionPay App or other mobile apps supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment) at the SHKP Malls Gift Card sales counter in the Participating Malls:

Members must be the UnionPay Card cardholders and the relevant The Point member themselves. Staff at Participating Malls reserves the right to request the purchaser to provide identification documents for verification purposes.
Total quotas available across all Participating Malls during the entire Promotion Period is 1,600, and are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. The Promotion will be terminated immediately without prior notice after all quotas are depleted, and the computer records of SHK Real shall prevail.
Each Member (based on The Point member ID) is entitled to enjoy the Offer once per day at the same Participating Mall (regardless of the payment method) and up to a maximum of three times across all Participating Malls throughout the entire Promotion Period (regardless of the payment method), provided that each UnionPay Card may be used to purchase the $8,000 SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card under the Promotion no more than three times.
All transactions made via Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, WeChatPay, online banking, Paypal and other designated payment means / e-Wallet as decided by UnionPay International Company Limited (“UnionPay International”) will not be accepted for this Promotion.
Members should note that some card types may be affected by the configuration of the card issuing bank. It is necessary to enable the overseas transaction permission in advance, pay close attention to the account balance or spending limit, and get transaction password ready. For details, Members can contact the relevant card issuing bank.
Split transactions or settlements with multiple The Point membership accounts or UnionPay Cards are not accepted. In the event of the above or any fraudulent acts, staff at Participating Malls reserves the right to reject the participation of the Members.
All Rewards will be credited to Members' The Point account in the form of The Point bonus points on or before 30 June 2026. The expiry date of the related The Point bonus points will be 30 September 2027. Each $1 Point Dollar (equivalent to 250 The Point bonus points) can be used as HK$1 when spending at applicable merchants in the Participating Malls. Please refer to The Point App for the applicable merchant list and the related terms and conditions of The Point Integrated Loyalty Program (https://www.thepoint.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html) for the use of Point Dollar / The Point bonus points.
Members cannot use the same receipt for purchasing SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card to participate in this Promotion and any other SHKP Malls Gift Card promotion at the same time. Unless otherwise specified, transaction on purchase of SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card is neither eligible for The Point points registration nor joining other mall promotions (including existing free parking privileges of Participating Malls).
SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card cannot be cancelled, altered, returned and refunded or exchanged for cash, other product(s) or service under any conditions once they are sold. If SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card is lost, damaged or stolen, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls shall not be responsible for these incidents.
SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of the card being purchased. The expiry date is printed on the card back as VALID THRU “MONTH / YEAR”. Purchase and use of SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card is bound by related terms and conditions. Staff at Participating Malls reserves the right to record Member’s The Point member ID, partial UnionPay Card card number (the first 6 and last 4 digits or the last 4 digits), and request Members using UnionPay Mobile Contactless Payment or UnionPay QR Code Payment to open the corresponding mobile app and present the transaction record (if applicable) for internal reference and verification purposes. Provision of the above information by Members represents that Members agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection.
Members must keep all original copies of the receipts for purchasing the SHKP Malls Physical Gift Card. In case of dispute, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls may at any time ask the Members to submit these receipts, and/or further documents or evidence for verification and record.
By participating in the Promotion, Member accepts and agrees to abide by all relevant terms and conditions.
In case of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to disqualify the Members immediately and retrieve the Rewards from the Members after disqualification.
UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to alter or terminate the Offers and to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time within the limits allowed by applicable laws. In case of any disputes, the decision of SHK Real and Participating Malls shall be final.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
