* Each member can earn the Reward Vouchers up to three times across any spending tier during the promotion period.
^# Gift Voucher will be available to BESPOKE members on a “subject to availability” basis, offered on a first-come first-served basis.
^ There is no spending requirement for Reward Voucher usage. When using the reward voucher, customers must settle any outstanding amount with eligible UnionPay Payment.
- Eligible UnionPay Payments include physical UnionPay Cards, UnionPay Mobile Payment (excluding WeChat Pay and Alipay) or UnionPay QR Code.
- Eligible UnionPay users shall also be BESPOKE members.
- All reward vouchers will be credited to the eligible member's e-wallet after the eligible Receipts have been approved.

Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions of “LANDMARK x UnionPay Promotion 2025”:

“LANDMARK x UnionPay Promotion 2025” (“Promotion”) runs from 1 August to 14 September 2025 (together referred to “Promotion Period”, all the dates inclusive and based on the transaction date).
Unless otherwise specified, this promotion is applicable to the below means of payment:
Physical cards of UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with UnionPay logo printed on card face or transaction settled via UnionPay network including UnionPay Mobile Payment (including but not limited to transactions made by Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) and UnionPay QR Code (if applicable) (“Eligible UnionPay Mobile Payment”) but excluding the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions, all UnionPay Prepaid Cards, WeChat Pay and Alipay. (“Eligible UnionPay Card”).
Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion is only applicable to the promotion operated by UNIONPAY INTERNATIONAL (“UPI”) and Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited (“LANDMARK BESPOKE”) to payments settled at merchants in LANDMARK Hong Kong (“Eligible Merchants”) during the Promotion Period.
Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
Any fraudulent, unauthorised, unposted, cancelled or refunded transactions will not be deemed as eligible transactions, and will not qualify for the Promotion. Only posted transactions with valid sales slip(s)/record(s) are eligible for the Promotion.
UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE are not the providers of the goods or the services of the merchants. Any enquiries or disputes relating to the goods and the services should be directed to the merchants. UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE gives no representation or guarantee as to the goods and services provided by the merchant (including but not limited to the quality and quantity of goods), and does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the goods and services provided by the merchants. The merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the goods and services.
UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion or its terms and conditions and the right of final decision on all matters and disputes.
The Promotion is subject to these general and special terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the relevant promotion materials, or make enquiries to the staff of UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
No person other than the customers, UPI and LANDMARK BESPOKE will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of these general and special terms and conditions.
LANDMARK Hong Kong App can be downloaded from official application stores. By using the LANDMARK Hong Kong App, customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy posted on the LANDMARK Hong Kong App which may be updated from time to time.
Mobile payment applications are the third parties' mobile applications. Mobile payment applications are subject to such service providers' terms and conditions. LANDMARK BESPOKE is not the service provider of the mobile payment applications. If customers have any enquiry or complaint about the mobile payment applications, please directly contact the service providers. LANDMARK BESPOKE gives no guarantee to the mobile payment applications of the service providers, and does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the use of the Mobile Payment Applications or the services provided by the service providers.
Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Special Terms and Conditions of “LANDMARK x UnionPay Promotion 2025”:

To be eligible for the Promotion, UnionPay users must:

15.1	be a LANDMARK BESPOKE member (new members that have joined and approved within the commencement of the Promotion Period and existing members);
15.2	Single purchase of,
15.2.1	net purchase(s) between HK$6,000 and HK$29,999, or
15.2.2	net purchase(s) between HK$30,000 and HK$59,999; or
15.2.3	net purchase(s) between HK$60,000 or above,

by the following means of payment (including deposit if any) within the Promotion Period fully paid by the physical cards of UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with UnionPay logo printed on card face, or transaction settled via UnionPay network including UnionPay Mobile Payment (including but not limited to transactions made by Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) or UnionPay QR Code (if applicable) (“Eligible UnionPay Payment”, its user as Eligible UnionPay users”) (excludes any other electronic payment including other credit cards, AliPay, WeChat Pay, EPS payment, Cash, Octopus, PayMe, BOC Pay or LANDMARK Gift Card) (as recorded in one machine-printed receipt) at any retail outlets in LANDMARK ATRIUM, LANDMARK PRINCE'S, LANDMARK ALEXANDRA, LANDMARK CHATER, Exchange Square, Jardine House, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental; (b) Dining at the following restaurants within the Hotel: Amber and SOMM; (c) Purchase any spa treatments at The Oriental Spa Studio (including all spa treatment and membership, product and other services) or Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong ((a) Accommodations: Hotel room stay (maximum length of stays for reward points is seven (7) days) on direct bookings at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong's own website and at the best available rate, including room rates, dining, spa and any other services during the stay and designated promotional offer, excluding booking under Online Travel Agents and negotiated rates including but not limited to corporate rates and group rates; (b) Dining at the following restaurants within the Hotel: Café Causette, Captain's Bar, Clipper Lounge, Mandarin Grill + Bar, Man Wah, The Aubrey, The Chinnery, The Krug Room and in-room dining excluding any packages or coupons purchased from third party websites or agents; (c) Purchase and spa treatments at the following shops within Mandarin Oriental, including all treatments, products and other services, excluding memberships: The Mandarin Spa, The Mandarin Salon, The Mandarin Barber, The Mandarin Flower Shop and The Mandarin Cake Shop in Hong Kong (“Eligible Merchants”); and

15.3	present the physical Eligible UnionPay Card or the Eligible Mobile Payment linked to Eligible UnionPay Card, eligible machine-printed original receipt and the Eligible UnionPay Card / electronic payment slip from the date of the transaction and BESPOKE membership proof (member ID on the LANDMARK HONGKONG App or registered mobile number) during operating hours at one of the 4 designated Concierges, located at G/F LANDMARK ATRIUM, 2/F LANDMARK ATRIUM (next to York House), 1/F LANDMARK CHATER and 1/F LANDMARK PRINCE'S during the Promotion Period.
(i)	If using an Eligible UnionPay Card, the UnionPay user is required to present the Eligible UnionPay Card bearing the same card number on the receipt(s);
(ii)	If using UnionPay Mobile Payment, the UnionPay user is required to login during registration and present the eligible virtual UnionPay Card on mobile device or watch;
(iii)	If using UnionPay QR Code, then the user is required to login during registration and present the transaction details in the mobile application used to conduct the payment on their mobile device.

For this purpose, screenshots of mobile device or watch will not be accepted.

Eligible Receipts must be registered within 30 calendar days of the actual net purchase, and no later than the opening hours of the designated redemption counters on 14 September 2025. Receipts that are issued outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Self-upload is not applicable to this redemption, only redemptions made on-site at any one of the designated redemption counters are eligible for the Promotion Reward.

Eligible Rewards

An Eligible UnionPay user who makes eligible transactions at Eligible Merchants in LANDMARK Hong Kong with the Eligible UnionPay Payment per Eligible Receipt can earn:

17.1	HK$200 Reward e-Voucher (as denominated in HK$100 Reward e-Voucher x 2pcs) in one single transaction between HK$6,000 - HK$29,999
17.2	HK$800 Reward e-Voucher (as denominated in HK$500 Reward e-Voucher x 1pc and HK$100 Reward e-Voucher x 3pcs) in one single transaction between HK$30,000 - HK$59,999
17.3	HK$1,600 Reward e-Voucher (as denominated in HK$500 Reward e-Voucher x 3pcs and HK$100 Reward e-Voucher x 1pc) in one single transaction of over HK$60,000

(together “Eligible Rewards”).
An eligible transaction has to be fully settled by the Eligible UnionPay Payment. Partial payments by other credit card(s) will not be eligible to redeem this offer.

The Eligible UnionPay user will only be entitled to the Eligible Rewards if the Eligible UnionPay user makes transactions with the Eligible UnionPay Payment. Eligible Rewards will be distributed on a first come first served basis, while stock last.
Save as to the Early Bird Promotion as set out in clauses 20 – 22, each UnionPay user is entitled to earn the Eligible Rewards up to a maximum of three times across all the different thresholds during the Promotion Period.

Additional Gift Reward from designated merchants at Prince's Building

Eligible UnionPay user will be entitled to receive an additional Gift Reward from the designated merchants at Prince's Building upon making a single purchase of HK$6,000 or above with Eligible UnionPay Payment during the Promotion Period. Separate terms and conditions shall apply to the Gift Reward, which will be available to the Eligible UnionPay users on a “subject to availability” basis.
Eligible UnionPay user may redeem one additional Gift reward once every week during the Promotion Period. A week is defined as Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59.
The Gift Reward will be deployed to the BESPOKE member's LANDMARK App after the Eligible Receipts have been accepted by Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited. Any unused Reward Voucher after the expiry date will be void and of no value.
The restriction as set out in clause 19 shall not apply for the Gift Reward.
Separate terms and conditions shall apply to the Reward Vouchers mentioned in clauses 17.1, 17.2 and 17.3, and these Reward Vouchers will be available to the BESPOKE members on a “subject to availability” basis. Eligible Card Rewards will be deployed to the Eligible Cardmembers' LANDMARK Hong Kong App after the Eligible Receipts have been accepted by Hongkong Land Bespoke Limited. Any unused Reward Voucher after the expiry date will be void and of no value.
During the Promotion Period, Eligible UnionPay user must provide eligible machine-printed original receipts issued by Eligible Merchants on the date of Eligible Transaction to redeem the Eligible Rewards. LANDMARK BESPOKE does not accept any photocopies or receipts with amendment or handwritten receipts, and reserves the right not to accept any photocopies or receipts that are suspected to be invalid, forged, or issued for spurious transactions, or on other grounds, without any need for explanation.
The UnionPay card number, merchant's name, merchant's address, transaction date and transaction amount must be clearly shown on the Eligible Receipt. Eligible spending excludes any non-eligible payments e.g. cash, Octopus, PayMe and BOC Pay, LANDMARK gift card(s) and BESPOKE dollars, etc.
“Eligible Transaction” means the transaction between the Eligible UnionPay user and the Eligible Merchant(s) for payment in full by Eligible UnionPay Payment in one single transaction.
Eligible Receipts marked/stamped by LANDMARK BESPOKE cannot be used again for redeeming gifts / rewards from other promotions and returns at the Eligible Merchants. Each set of Eligible Receipt can only be used for redemption of the Eligible Card Rewards once.
If Eligible Receipts evidencing the total net spend in clause 15.2 is presented and approved and accepted, then the 1X BESPOKE Basic Reward Points will be deployed to the Eligible Cardmembers' LANDMARK HONGKONG App. BESPOKE Basic Reward Points will be valid until March 31, 2026. The Eligible UnionPay user shall forthwith inform UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE of any transaction where BESPOKE points have been earned/redeemed but such transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or reversed for whatever reasons. In such circumstances, or if the Eligible UnionPay user fails to inform UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE but those cancelled, refunded or reversed transaction(s) has come to the knowledge of UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE, then either: (a) the Eligible UnionPay user shall pay to UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE forthwith upon notice from UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE the value of the Eligible Rewards, which value shall be determined by UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE at its/their sole and absolute discretion; or (b) LANDMARK BESPOKE shall be entitled to deduct the BESPOKE points earned from the transaction(s) that have been cancelled, refunded or reversed from the Eligible UnionPay users' account. The Eligible UnionPay users agree that the aforesaid payment by the Eligible UnionPay users to UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE is an agreed liquidated damage but not a penalty.
UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE reserves the right to scan or copy Eligible Union users' Eligible Receipts, and to record the name, BESPOKE member's ID, corresponding transaction amount printed on the Eligible Receipts and the last 4 digits of the corresponding Eligible UnionPay Card for internal reference only.
UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE has the right to make any marks on each set of Eligible Receipts presented to LANDMARK BESPOKE during the course of redemption. Eligible Receipts marked by UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE cannot be used again for redeeming gifts/rewards from other promotions.
The Eligible UnionPay user shall present his or her original valid BESPOKE membership number on the LANDMARK Hong Kong App for inspection at the time of redemption.
Eligible UnionPay user's personal data may be collected by LANDMARK BESPOKE for the purposes of the Promotion. The use of such personal data is subject to the privacy policy of LANDMARK BESPOKE. By providing the relevant personal data to LANDMARK BESPOKE, the Eligible UnionPay user is deemed to have understood the purpose of such collection of personal data and has agreed to such collection.
Should there be any illegal or fraudulent act or violation of the rules of the Promotion committed by a customer, UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE has the right of forfeiture of the customer's eligibility to participate in the Promotion and reserves the right to take legal action in such instances.
The status of the Eligible UnionPay user's credit card account must be valid, normal and in good credit by the time of Eligible Rewards received in order to be eligible for the Promotion. In the event of violation of the Card User Agreement Credit Card User Agreement or Credit Card Agreement, termination of the accounts, overdue payment or in bad credit record, UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE has the right of forfeiture of a customer's eligibility of Eligible Rewards redemption without prior notice.
All Eligible Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
LANDMARK BESPOKE reserves the right at any time to request Eligible Cardmember to submit the relevant original and registered receipts (including original corresponding electronic payment slip) and/or such further documents or evidence of the qualified spending for verification. In this respect, Eligible Cardmember is required to keep all supporting documents for verification purposes by LANDMARK BESPOKE, if required, for a period of 12 months from the date of registration of the receipt or the end of the Promotion (whichever is later).
UPI and/or LANDMARK BESPOKE shall not be responsible to Eligible UnionPay user or any other party for any liability, loss, damage, claim, cost or expense whatever and howsoever arising in respect of, relating to or in connection with the redemption or the using of any of the Eligible Card Rewards.
LANDMARK BESPOKE reserves the right to amend these special terms and conditions, the Eligible Merchants, or suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice to any customer. No compensation whatsoever is payable to any customer or Eligible UnionPay user in respect of any such amendment, suspension or cancellation. All questions or disputes shall be resolved by LANDMARK BESPOKE in its absolute discretion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of LANDMARK BESPOKE shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
