General Terms and Conditions:
  1. Unless otherwise specified, the UnionPay Exclusive Privileges: Hong Kong Disneyland Offers (“Exclusive Offers”) are valid from now on to 15 November 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Exclusive Offers are applicable for:
    (i) UnionPay Credit Cards and ATM Cards with card numbers starting with 62, except RMB cards issued by specified Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions (“Eligible UnionPay Cards”);
    (ii) Eligible UnionPay Cards binded to UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (“UnionPay Mobile QuickPass”); or
    (iii) Eligible UnionPay Cards binded to UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other App supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment) (“UnionPay QR Code”).
  3. Cardholders are required to present the following to the cashier when making payment:
    (i) Eligible UnionPay Cards;
    (ii) Eligible UnionPay Cards binded to UnionPay Mobile QuickPass; or
    (iii) Eligible UnionPay Cards binded to UnionPay QR Code.
  4. By making payment using:
    (i) Eligible UnionPay Cards, transactions must be successfully settled via the UnionPay network in order for the cardholders to enjoy the Exclusive Offers;
    (ii) Eligible UnionPay Cards binded to UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (i.e. binded to the wallet on the mobile phone or watch), the transactions must be successfully paid at a UnionPay POS terminal via the wallet on the mobile phone or watch in order for the cardholders to enjoy the Exclusive Offers; or
    (iii) Eligible UnionPay Cards binded to UnionPay QR Code (i.e. binded to mobile application on the mobile phone supporting UnionPay QR Code), the transactions must be successfully paid at a UnionPay POS terminal via the UnionPay QR Code on the mobile phone in order for the cardholders to enjoy the Exclusive Offers.
  5. Quotas for the Exclusive Offers are limited, and are applied on a first-come-first-served basis, while quotas last.
  6. During the Promotion Period, each Eligible UnionPay Card may enjoy:
    (i) Offer 1: up to a total of 3 times;
    (ii) Offer 2 or Offer 3: up to a total of 40 times (up to a total of 10 times per day).
  7. The Exclusive Offers are not applicable to the purchase of photos, photography services, magical makeovers and spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and other selected items as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may from time to time specify.
  8. No refunds will be provided after booking any hotel package on the special offer page, making purchases at the outdoor vending cards or merchandise stores; or after using the offers.
  9. The Exclusive Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.  The Exclusive Offers cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or other products and services.
  10. The spending amount is calculated based on the actual spending amount (i.e. the remaining amount, after deducting applicable discounts, privileged coupons or cash coupons) and is subject to the individual UnionPay card numbers.
  11. Cancelled, refunded, forgery and unsettled transactions are not eligible for the Exclusive Offers. If only the deposit is paid in respect of any given transaction, the amount eligible for the Exclusive Offers will be calculated based on the deposit paid on that day, and not on the total amount of such transaction.
  12. Cardholders’ spending cannot be split into multiple invoices or sales receipts. Each eligible transaction may only enjoy the offer once.  Cardholders’ spending split into multiple transactions will not be accepted.
  13. If the cardholder commits any fraud or abuses the Exclusive Offers, UnionPay International Company Limited (“UnionPay International”) reserve the right to disqualify the cardholder from enjoying the Exclusive Offers and reserves the right to take legal action.
  14. UnionPay International is neither a vendor nor service provider of Hong Kong Disneyland products or services, thus UnionPay International shall not take any responsibility for such products or services. HKITP is neither a vendor nor service provider of UnionPay products or services, thus HKITP shall not take any responsibility for such products or services.
  15. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, UnionPay International and HKITP reserve the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions, or to change or terminate the Exclusive Offers, at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by any such amendments, changes or terminations.
  16. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, in case of dispute, the decision of UnionPay International and HKITP shall be final.
  17. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
Offer 1: Terms and Conditions of UnionPay Exclusive Privilege: Hong Kong Disneyland hotel package offer
  1. Offer 1 includes:
    (i) accommodation of two consecutive nights in a Deluxe Room at Disney Explorers Lodge (“Hotel Stay”);
    (ii) two 2-Day General Admission tickets to Hong Kong Disneyland (“Park Tickets”); and
    (iii) one 6R photo print and digital download with one designated photo frame (“Photo Gifts”).
  2. The Hotel Stay check-in period is from 30 September 2023 to 16 February 2024, with check-out date on or before 18 February 2024; the cardholder must be one of the staying guests of the Hotel Stay.
  3. Advanced reservations must be made at least 3 days before the check-in date and full payment must be made using an Eligible UnionPay Card.
  4. The Hotel Stay, Park Tickets and Photo Gifts under Offer 1 are subject to applicable terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the relevant web link on the Hong Kong Disneyland official website.
Offer 2: Designated outdoor vending carts at Hong Kong Disneyland
Offer 2 is applicable to 9 designated outdoor vending carts at Hong Kong Disneyland: (1) Main Street Market, (2) Popcorn, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Main Street, U.S.A., (3) NRG POD, (4) Popcorn, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Tomorrowland, (5) Hot Dog, Corn on the Cob, Refreshing Drinks, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Fantasyland, (6) Korean Squid, Turkey Leg, Refreshing Drinks, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Adventureland, (7) Frozen Lollipops Cart at Mystic Point, (8) Jessie's Snack Roundup, (9) Lucky Nugget Saloon.

Offer 3: Designated merchandise stores at Hong Kong Disneyland
Offer 3 is applicable to 13 designated merchandise stores at Hong Kong Disneyland: (1) Marty’s General Store, (2) Main Street Cinema - My Journey’s with Duffy, (3) Emporium, (4) Center Street Boutique, (5) Pooh Corner, (6) Merlin’s Treasures, (7) Pavilion Gifts, (8) Expo Shop, (9) Space Traders, (10) Professor Porter’s Trading Post, (11) Andy’s Toy Box, (12) The Archive Shop, (13) Storybook Shopee – Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
