BackSpending Rewards at Harbour City with UnionPay Card
During the promotion period, upon spending in Harbour City with UnionPay Card (card number starting
with 62) settled via UnionPay network, Cardholders can redeem a series of Harbour City Rewards and:

Same-day transaction from the same outlet can only be redeemed once. Terms and Conditions
- Spending Rewards at Harbour City with UnionPay Card (refers to “Promotion”) is valid from 7 November to 4 December 2022, both dates inclusive (refers to “Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with card number starting with 62 (refers to “UnionPay Card”), except for the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions and all UnionPay Prepaid Cards. The Promotion is not applicable to Harbour City Prepaid Gift Card. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
- Cardholder is required to register online via pass.harbourcity.com.hk as HARBOUR CITYZEN (refers to “Member”) and present e-pass in “My Wallet” in advance in order to join the Promotion. Each Cardholder can register as Member once only. Harbour City Estates Limited (refers to “Harbour City”) reserves the right to request Cardholders to present their proof of identity for verification.
- Cardholder is entitled to redeem a HK$100 city'super Shopping Voucher (refers to “Shopping Voucher”) upon spending of every HK$2,500 (a maximum of 3 sales slips from different outlets can be accumulated, up to HK$10,000) at any merchants in Harbour City (except Gallery by the Harbour, banks and medical service merchants) with UnionPay Card during the Promotion Period. A maximum of 4 Shopping Vouchers can be redeemed each time.
- All eligible spending for the same redemption must be settled with the applicable UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards of the same HARBOUR CITYZEN member.
- Each Member is eligible to redeem city'super Shopping Voucher(s) 2 times during the entire promotion period.
- Each eligible transaction and same-day transaction from the same outlet can only be used for redemption once. Sales slips and machine-printed merchant invoices used in other promotions in Harbour City can be reused in this Promotion.
- “Enjoy up to HK$800 city'super Shopping Vouchers” is calculated based on spending HK$10,000 at any merchants in Harbour City for 2 times and redeem 4 pcs HK$100 city'super Shopping Vouchers (total value HK$400) each time.
- A total of 8,000 pcs Shopping Vouchers are available for redemption during the entire Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Cardholder is suggested to check the redemption status with redemption counter.
- city'super Shopping Voucher is applicable to city'super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli in Harbour City as HK$100 cash upon any spending. Each Shopping Voucher can be used once only. Any unused balance of Shopping Voucher will be forfeited. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of Shopping Voucher must be settled by UnionPay Card via UnionPay network. Please refer to the Shopping Voucher for details and terms.
- Cardholder is required to login the membership website/APP onsite and present the valid e-Pass, original copies of valid sales slip(s), machine-printed merchant sales invoice(s), together with the UnionPay Card bearing the same card number on sales slip in person at Level 1, Ocean Centre (Near Shop OC 112 La Perla) from 12:30pm to 9pm within 8 days from transaction date or on or before 4 December 2022 (whichever earlier). Redemption by merchant staff or third party is not accepted. Staff members reserve the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
- For transactions with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, Cardholder is required to login onsite and present the eligible virtual UnionPay Card on mobile device or watch, original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoice and valid sales slip. For transactions with UnionPay QR Code, Cardholder is required to login onsite and present the transaction details in app on mobile device, original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoice and valid sales slip. Screenshots of mobile device or watch is not accepted.
- Eligible amount is calculated in terms of each set of UnionPay Card card number and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discount, privileged coupons or cash coupons). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately.
- Only original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips are accepted. The original copy of machine-printed merchant sales invoice should state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly. The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. If Cardholders cannot present the valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and/or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount etc, or the information provided by Cardholders is insufficient, Cardholders will not be able to redeem gifts for whatever reason.
- Value-adding receipts, transaction for purchasing cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards are not eligible for redemption. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment (include but not limited to gold club / jewellery club and fitness club), medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment service, car parking fee, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B outlets are not eligible. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this Promotion. Photocopied, handwritten, duplicate and split receipts are not accepted.
- For product deposit payment on 7 Nov 2022 to 4 Dec 2022, Members can redeem the rewards within 8 days from the day of product pick up (last pick up & redemption date is 4 Dec 2022). Members are required to present their own UnionPay Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipts of deposit payment / balance payment (if any) / product pick up slip from Harbour city's outlet; and electronic payment slip/ transaction record in logged-in mobile payment App. Spending amount is counted by total value of the product (deposit + balance); spending day and coupon redemption table is counted by the day of deposit payment.
- For restaurants requiring deposit payment on 7 Nov 2022 to 4 Dec 2022, Members can redeem the rewards within 8 days from the day of dining (last dining & redemption date is 4 Dec 2022). Members are required to present their own UnionPay Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipts (showing the total spending amount including the deposit payment) of the restaurants; and electronic payment slip/ transaction record in logged-in mobile payment App of the deposit payment and balance payment on the day of dining. Total spending amount is counted by deposit and balance payment; spending day and coupon redemption table is counted by the day of dining.
- All original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staff members at the redemption counter after redemption. Cardholders cannot request for refund from merchants with the stamped sales invoices. Balance of the transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotions.
- The first 8 digits of UnionPay Card card number and information on cardholders' machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips will be collected for internal audit upon redemption. The information collected will be destroyed 2 months after the Promotion.
- Gifts cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded, redeemed for cash nor other gifts and no change will be provided under any conditions once they are issued. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) and Harbour City reserve the right to retrieve or cancel the transferred gifts.
- Cardholder should refer to the Shopping Voucher for the terms and conditions. They will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.
- In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and Harbour City reserve the right to disqualify the cardholders immediately and retain the right for legal action. For any disqualified redemption/cardholder, UnionPay International and Harbour City reserve the right to retrieve the gifts.
- UnionPay International Company Limited and Harbour City are neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International and Harbour City shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided by the merchants.
- UnionPay International and Harbour City reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
- Sales staff and employees of Harbour City tenants are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Harbour City shall be final.
- UnionPay International and Harbour City reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
