Terms and Conditions

The promotion period ends on January 31, 2023 (based on the service plan application date).
This offer is only applicable to new number/MNP customers who have registered for the designated SIM-Only service plan. Payment must be made with UnionPay credit card with card number starting with 62/ UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay or Huawei Pay)/ UnionPay QR Code Payment (including UnionPay App and other Apps supporting UnionPay QR Code payment) thru UnionPay Network, and immediately set up direct debit instructions for their bill settlement by UnionPay Credit card with card number starting with 62.
This offer is only valid for a fixed contract period and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Depending on the monthly fee plan selected by the customer, the customer is entitled to get 10-300GB of free local data entitlement per month for the first 12 months. The free local data entitlement will be automatically terminated stating from the 13th month.
Depending on the monthly fee plan and contract period selected by the customer, after completing the mobile service subscription process, customer can receive a 5G handset voucher with a face value of HK$1,700 to HK$8,280. 5G handset vouchers will be sent via SMS and are valid for 12 months from the date of successful mobile service account activation.
Customer can purchase 5G handset at China Unicom stores within 12 months. To use the 5G handset voucher, customer is required to prepay the same amount as the face value of the 5G handset voucher and pay the remaining balance of the specified price. The prepaid amount will be credited to the customer's mobile service bill on the date of handset purchase within 12 months (applicable to 24-month contract)/ 24 months (applicable to 36-month contract) from the next billing month.
The prepaid amount can be used to purchase any service within the same account (not limited to the Mainland number monthly fee, applying for a 5G supplementary SIM, applying for a data pack, using roaming and IDD services, subscribing music and video services), renewing service plans, etc.), but not for service plan upgrades or changes to other service plans.
5G handset voucher is not redeemable for cash or refund, non-exchangeable, non-exchangeable for other products or renewed in any form, non-transferable or resale.
If the customer chooses another service plan or terminates the service plan, this offer will be automatically cancelled; the prepaid amount will be lost, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5G handset price is based on its suggested retail price.
5G handset voucher is valid for a single transaction within the validity period.
If the suggested retail price of the 5G handset is lower than the face value of the 5G handset voucher, the balance of the mobile phone voucher will be automatically confiscated and cannot be exchanged for cash or renewed in any form.
Every single service plan subscription could only enjoy this offer once and is not valid in conjunction with other new handset offers.
5G handset voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other handset offers.
The handset model, capacity and color are subject to the inventory level of stores. Handset quantity is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note iPhone are not available at Prince Edward Pioneer Centre and Tseung Kwan O East Point City stores.
