Terms and Conditions
  • The promotion is valid from 19 January to 15 February 2024 or until the quotas are fully utilized, whichever is earlier (based on the transaction date) (refers to "Promotion Period").
  • The Offer is valid at Best Mart 360˚ and FoodVille stores in Hong Kong and Macau (refers to "Stores").
  • The promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards (refers to "UnionPay Card"), UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including but not limited to Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) (refers to "UnionPay Mobile QuickPass") or UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay APP or other apps that support UnionPay QR Code payment on mobile devices) (refers to "UnionPay QR Code") except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. To be eligible for the Offer, the full transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
  • During the Promotion Period, UnionPay Cardholder is entitled to get the instant discount of HKD/MOP 20 upon single same-day net spending of HKD/ MOP 250 or more using qualified UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code (refers to "Offer").
  • Quotas apply on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. The Promotion may end earlier subject to the availability of the quotas. Each card is entitled to enjoy the Offer once per day. . If the condition is breached, UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International"), Ciao International Limited (refers to "CIAO") and Best Mart 360 Macau Limited (refers to "Best Mart 360˚") reserve the right to request for refund of the relevant Offer.
  • To be eligible for the e Offer, customers must indicate UnionPay as the payment method and present the qualified UnionPay Card or UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code that has been added with virtual UnionPay Card to the cashier staff of the Stores before payment. Besides, customers must pay in full using UnionPay Card or UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code.
  • The Offer will be given away immediately upon eligible transactions. No accumulation nor replacement is allowed.
  • Eligible spending amount is calculated based on the net spending amount of each invoice. Split transactions are not accepted. The following transactions are not eligible for the Offer, including the levy on plastic shopping bag charged by government, purchases of gift certificates, transactions without sales slips and any unauthorised transactions. All unposted, cancelled, refunded and falsified transactions are not counted as qualified spending amount. In case of such transactions, the Offer will be cancelled or returned together with those transactions. The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately.
  • In case of full refund after the Offer has been enjoyed, only the actual amount paid by Cardholder will be refunded. In case of partial refund, Cardholder could still enjoy the Offer only if the final net spending amount meets the spending requirement after refund. Otherwise, the discount of the Offer that has been enjoyed will be deducted from the refund.
  • If refund is conducted after the Offer has been enjoyed, the quota will still be counted as used.
  • The Offer carries no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, other goods or services.
  • Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions (except membership or in-store discounts).
  • Images are for reference only.
  • UnionPay International is neither vendor nor service provider, thus is not responsible for the products or services provided.
  • UnionPay International, CIAO and Best Mart 360˚ reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, and change or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
  • No claims can be made against CIAO, Best Mart 360˚ and UnionPay International in relation to any failure in the communication networks, mobile applications, mobile devices or any interruption, interception, suspension, delay, blackout, loss, unavailability, mutilation, incorrect data transmission, temporary suspension, delay or failure of any UnionPay payment transaction arising from POS terminal including related program software, any POS equipment, bank card, electronic payment system, banking system, telephone line and broadband.
  • In case of any disputes, the decision of CIAO and Best Mart 360˚ shall be final.
  • In case of fraud, UnionPay International reserves the rights to pursue legal liabilities and terminate the Cardholder's eligibility to enjoy the Offer.
  • Should there be any discrepancy or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
