岗位职责
1. Operation management: Implement the UPI business rules, technical specifications and risk management rules in the local projects. Ensure the consistency between the local markets and the other markets, and maintain the uniformity of the worldwide UPI network.
2. Business and technical discussion:Keep in tight communication with HQ Operation Support Department, the overseas offices and the institutions; Collect the advice from UPI overseas offices and institutions on business rules, technical specifications, dispute resolution and risk management; Conduct the training, support or explanation sessions for overseas offices and institution.
3. Market Research for special programs: Work on market research and information collection tasks assigned by the HQ Operation Dpt. Help HQ Operation Department to complete special programs such as local pricing, regulatory policy research, compliance audit, etc.
4. Project implementation: Support and manage the projects of overseas institutions. The scope of work includes; Business and technical discussion or training session in project preparatory stage; Project implementation plan and project schedule; Follow-up of project implementation tasks including project certification, project launch, etc.; Project progress report and special issue report; Provide the necessary business documents for HQ operation support team to initiate project launch application, key exchange application, system parameter change request, etc.
5. Daily operation support: Support the live overseas institutions with the follow-up system modifications and daily operation work. The scope of work includes system/network incident process, technical support and testing support for system modifications in compliance with the update of operating rules or technical specifications, transaction investigation, and the other daily operation support work.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for growing innovative payment products businesses in the Latin American region.
