概述 Position Summary
1. 制定全球性互联网大商户合作策略,实现银联卡在全球范围内的线上受理
Implement TOP global E-commerce merchants’ cooperation strategy and specific actions to achieve the global acceptance of UnionPay cards.
2. 了解全球性大商户业务需求,定制解决方案发展业务,提高商户对银联产品及服务满意度
Consultatively identifying and prioritizing key accounts’ needs and crafting customized solutions that grow the merchants’ business and increase merchant satisfaction with UnionPay products/services.
3. 通过跨团队紧密合作,为大商户提供支付解决方案、产品、营销以及推广计划以提高交易量。
Work closely with other teams to develop payment solutions, products, marketing, and promotion plans to increase transaction volume.
4. 日常检查商大户受理状态,提高线上受理质量并确保符合银联国际受理标准要求
Check merchants' acceptance status, improve the acceptance quality and ensure them comply with the requirements of UPI acceptance standard.
5. 作为大商户唯一联络点以解决方案为导向积极主动提供服务,维护战略合作关系并关注业务增长。
Provide high degree of customer care with a pro-active, solutions-oriented mindset as the single point of contact for key accounts. Identify & foster strategic relationships within merchant organization that will elevate partner
岗位职责 Position Responsibilities
1. 对境外线上支付受理情况进行研究分析,制定大商户拓展策略和计划,配合境外市场与合作机构进行项目沟通谈判,落实合作协议,拓展境外受理环境。
Research and analyze overseas online payment acceptance, customize cooperation strategy for global leading E-commerce merchants by coordinating with overseas brancher and institutions for business negotiation, agreement implementation and acceptance achievement.
2. 主动寻找大商户合作机会,开展需求收集和调研分析,针对不同行业商户,设计标准化解决方案,推动项目实施和落地。
Proactively identify and explore business opportunities with leading merchants in different industries. Customize online payment solution in compliance with UPI acceptance standards and achieve the business goal.
3. 根据商户需求制定解决方案(包括技术需求、资金清算、运营规则、差错处理、定价体系、营销等方面)和统筹营销宣传及推广计划,提升商户交易量。
Customize online payment solutions for key accounts (including tech integration, settlement, operating regulation, dispute process, etc.) and manage marketing cooperation to increase the sales volume.
4. 追踪商户上线后的质量表现,包括交易数据分析、用户群体画像、提供优化措施方案等。
Follow up on the acceptance quality and transaction performance after project go-live, including transaction data analysis, use portrait analysis and optimization solution.
5. 关注商户的业务发展情况,积极主动寻找新的业务合作点,维护商户合作关系。
Pay attention to the business situation of key accounts, identify potential business opportunities and maintain the business relationship.
岗位要求
1. 全日制高等院校本科及以上学历,且具备较强的英语能力技能;有线上支付或大商户合作等相关行业经验者优先。
Academic background of at least full-time undergraduate, with strong English writing and oral skills; working experiences of online payment or account management will be preferred.
2. 具有较好的市场化思维和解决问题的能力。视野开阔,对新兴事物或技术敏感,善于分析问题,并加以归纳总结。
Solid business development and problem-solving skills as well as marketing perspective, with wide vision, sensitivity, creativity and resolution oriented.
3. 较强的沟通和协调和组织能力,积极的工作热情和团队合作精神。
Easygoing to discuss and quick to learn and understand, and capable of communication and coordination.
4. 可接受境内外出差安排。
Both domestic and international business trips may be required
