Activity content：

From 1st December 2025 to 31st May 2026 (UTC+11), UnionPay cardholders who successfully register for the promotion via scanning QRC or clicking linkage, then make purchases at any gas stations in the participating markets that enable to accepts UnionPay cards, with the transaction processed through the UnionPay network, can enjoy an instant discount of 4% (up to $8 local currency). Limited spots available, first-come, first-served.

1.The promotion period is from 1st December 2025 to 31st May, 2026 (UTC+11) (both dates inclusive).

2.Terms and Conditions:

1）UnionPay APP users who sign up the promotion through QR code or linkage registered with real names can receive 4% instant discount (up to $8 local currency) for a one-time purchase at merchants who can accept UnionPay card. Each card can enjoy the offer only once per week, max 25 times during the promotion period;

2）Accumulated capped at 15,000 redemptions. Promotion period from 1st December 2025 to 31st May 2026; or until the budget has been exhausted, whichever occurs first. First come first served.

3）Only those transactions which are processed through UnionPay network are qualified.

3. Only UnionPay cards are valid to sign up the offer. Max 3 UnionPay cards are eligible to be signed up. The transaction must go through UnionPay network to enjoy the offer.  The organizer will not be responsible that those incorrectly registered card occurs the inconsistent with the actual payment card is eligible to enjoy offer. Once signing up, any delete or modify modification cannot be supported.

4.Meeting any of the following conditions will be regarded as "one user": user who uses or possesses the same device, same user ID, same registered mobile phone number, same mobile phone number registered at the bank, same physical bank card number, or same ID card number. Virtual mobile phone numbers and virtual card numbers are not qualified for this promotion.

5.Only valid transactions are eligible for the promotion. Cancellations, pre-authorizations, refunds, or other abnormal payments made after consumption are not eligible for promotional cash rebates. In case of a refund or return (full or partial), only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the cash rebate amount. The quota will be deemed used.

6.Users participating in this promotion are not allowed to conduct any of the following violations (collectively and separately "violations"):

a) False transactions;

b) Participation for this promotion with illegal purposes or other purposes not in conformity with the rules and regulations;

c) Participation via malicious use of multiple accounts (including but not limited to the same IP address/device/registered mobile phone number/mobile phone number registered at the bank/bank card (including the supplementary virtual card attached or affiliated to a principal card); and other participation or assistance in swindling resources from UnionPay (including but not limited to various coupons, red packets or other rewards));

d) Participation via robotic software, spider software, crawler software, spamming software, or other automatic methods;

e) Breach of good faith; or

f) Other cheating behaviours.

7.During the promotional period, if there is any violation, UnionPay has the right to cancel the user's qualification, and retrieve the instant rebate (including the used amount). UnionPay is entitled to bring claims for damages against the violator at its discretion and hold the violator accountable.

8.For users who violate the above rules, terms or conditions, and conduct abuse behaviours using, without limitation, mobile phone numbers, UnionPay cards, UnionPay APP, etc., they will be denied to participate or will not be qualified to any future promotion. UnionPay reserves the right to recover discounts, rebate amounts, losses and damages.

9.The activity organizer and/or UnionPay will not be responsible for the user's failure to participate in the promotion due to the incompatibility of its electronic device, technical problems or other system problems.

10.The time records of all activities of this promotion will accord with the time records of UnionPay's background system.

11.Acknowledge that it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol or tobacco products to or obtain alcohol or tobacco products on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years; warrant that you are over 18 years of age and are not obtaining alcohol (including liquor products) or tobacco (including tobacco products) on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

12.Gift card purchases are not eligible for the promotion.

13.The offer cannot be overlapped.

14.Organizer: The promotion is run by UnionPay International (hereinafter referred to as the "UPI"). To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, UPI may change or adjust the rules of the event according to the actual situation of the promotion, and the relevant changes or adjustments will be published on the official website and will take effect in accordance with the law after the announcement.

2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
