    How to Collect the Dining Voucher

    To redeem the voucher, please visit the Customer Service Desk on the 3rd floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store and present the following for verification:

    1A receipt showing the UnionPay & The Georgian dining offer

    2A valid UnionPay receipt for a single transaction of £4,500 or more

    3The UnionPay card used for the qualifying purchase

    The dining voucher will be sent to the customer via email upon successful verification. The customer may then contact the restaurant directly to make a reservation.

     

    Voucher Redemption Instructions

    Once verified, eligible customers must book in advance to redeem the Dining Voucher. Bookings are subject to availability and can be made:

    (i) by visiting or calling Harrods Customer Service on (+44) 020 7730 1234 or,

    (ii) via the contact details noted on the Voucher.

     

    *The dining offer is only valid at The Georgian restaurant at Harrods Knightsbridge. Each voucher may be redeemed only once. Each UnionPay cardholder may receive a maximum of one voucher during the promotion period.

    **The promotion is subject to a limited quota, available on a first come, first served basis. The promotion will end once the quota is used up.

    ***This dining vouchers can be used with the UnionPay instant discount offer. For example, after enjoying an £200 discount on a single transaction of £4,500, cardholders can also redeem the dining voucher.

    UnionPay & The Georgian Dining Voucher T&C

    1The offer below is open to all UnionPay card holders (excluding Harrods staff, agents and their immediate families) who spend £4,500 or more in one transaction (when using their UnionPay card in store at the Harrods Knightsbridge store between 15th July 2025 and 28 February 2026 (“Qualifying Customers”).

    2Qualifying Customers will be eligible to select the following Harrods Experience voucher:

    Fine Dining for Two at The Georgian (worth £99.00) on the Fourth Floor at Harrods Knightsbridge

    In order to redeem and receive the Voucher, Qualifying Customers must go to the Customer Service Desk on the 3/F Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store to validate their UnionPay dining offer receipt, UnionPay purchase receipt and UnionPay card in respect of a qualifying transaction.

    The promotion is subject to a limited quota, available on a first come, first served basis. The promotion will end once the quota is used up.

    3Qualifying Customers must book in advance to redeem the Vouchers. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made (i) by visiting or calling Harrods Customer Service on (+44) 020 7730 1234 or (ii) via the contact details noted on the Voucher.

    4The Vouchers will expire within 12 months of issuance. Any Voucher not redeemed by the stated date will be forfeit.

    5General booking terms and cancellation policies apply to the Vouchers. Please see the FAQs on harrods.com or ask in-store for details.

    6This offer may only be redeemed once during the offer period and Vouchers are limited to one per card holder.

    7Qualifying Customers will be required to present the original Voucher at the time of redeeming the offer. Copies, pictures and/or duplications of the Voucher will not be accepted.

    8The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, to substitute the Vouchers for a voucher of equal or greater value or to cancel this offer at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.

    9This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product. 

    10The Promoter and UnionPay will not be responsible for any adverse effects occurring as a result of a Qualifying Customer’s use of this offer including, without limitation, any allergic reactions, or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by the Qualifying Customer.

    11This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
