UnionPay cardholders using UnionPay APP QR code (including Jcoin) merchants in Japan can enjoy the following benefits:

• Up to 10% instant discount

• No registration required. Each card can enjoy a maximum discount of 20,000 JPY during the promotion period, with a limit of 15 transactions per month per card.

Activity Rules：

1.During the promotion period, each UnionPay card can enjoy up to 15 instant discount transactions per month.

2.If the card is a dual-logo card, the discount will only be applied when the payment is processed via the UnionPay network.

3.Regardless of the reason, if a user initiates a refund for a transaction, the maximum number of instant discount transactions available for that month will be reduced accordingly.

4.All times mentioned in this promotion refer to Beijing Time (GMT+8), and the transaction time will be based on the time when the transaction is recorded in the UnionPay backend system.

5.Some stores are not participating in this promotion.

6.When making a payment via Jcoin "Merchant Scanning QR Code" , users must upgrade UnionPay APP to version 10.2.0 or above.

7.The following types of merchants are not eligible for this promotion: government services, public schools, utilities, charities, social services, and all online merchants. Additionally, the following types of transactions are excluded from this promotion: canceled, revoked, refunded, fraudulent, and any transactions deemed ineligible by UnionPay International at its sole discretion.

8.Only consumer transactions conducted in Japan, paid in Japanese yen are eligible for this promotion. The following transactions are not eligible: installment payments, mail/telephone orders (MOTO), ATM withdrawals, and remittance transactions. The transaction time, type, and exchange rate will be determined based on UnionPay's backend records.

9.Limited quota applies—discounts are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, until fully utilized.

10.If a transaction benefiting from this promotion is refunded or returned, only the actual paid amount (excluding the discount amount) will be refunded. The discount usage will not be restored or compensated.

11.By participating in this promotion, users agree to abide by all terms and conditions of the promotion.

12.UnionPay International reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion and amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. UnionPay International shall not be held liable for any changes or termination of the promotion.

13.This promotion's terms and conditions will be published in both Chinese and English. In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.

14.If a participating merchant runs multiple UnionPay instant discount promotions at the same time, users can only enjoy the highest discount amount among them. Discounts from different promotions cannot be combined.

15.UnionPay International reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
