Activity Rules：

1.Promotion Period:

From April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026 (inclusive). Time is based on the UnionPay back-end system time.

2.How to Participate:

Users must successfully register through the promotion QR code or designated link (U-plan registration) to participate.

3.Scope of Application:

Valid for successful transactions at all online merchants supporting UnionPay in the UAE. The merchant must be registered in the UAE and have actual business operations there.

4.Discount Mechanism:

Users must use UnionPay to complete a single transaction of at least 50 AED to enjoy a 10% instant discount. The maximum discount per transaction is 50 AED.

5.Frequency Limit:

A single user can enjoy the discount up to 2 times per day, and a single card can enjoy it up to 50 times in total during the promotion period.

6.Quota Limit:

Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual transaction order, until the budget is exhausted.

7.Eligible Cards:

This promotion is limited to UnionPay cards (including credit and debit cards) issued globally with card numbers starting with 62.

8.User Definition:

The same device, user ID, registered mobile number, mobile number linked to the bank card, bank card (physical card), or ID number will be treated as the same user. Virtual mobile numbers are not allowed to participate.

9.Refund Rules:

Only valid consumption transactions are eligible. Cancellations, pre-authorizations, refunds, or abnormal payments do not qualify for the discount.

10.Refund Calculation:

In the event of a refund (full or partial), only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded; the discount amount will not be refunded. Refunds will only be returned via the original payment path; cash refunds are not accepted.

11.Exchange Rate Differences:

Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the real-time exchange rate at the time of refund may differ from the rate at the time of payment, potentially resulting in a difference between the actual RMB amount refunded and the initial amount charged; this promotion cannot be combined with exchange rate discount activities (if any).

12.Merchant Category Code (MCC) Special Note:

Discounts are issued based on the MCC registered by the merchant with the local acquirer. Applicable MCC categories include: General Services, Convenience, Daily Provisions, Supermarkets, Professional Services, Wholesale, Telecom/TV Payments, Large Appliances, Auto Sales, Jewelry/Crafts, Insurance, Utilities, Public Schools, Public Hospitals, Hotels, Government, Other Passenger Transport, Entertainment, Travel Ticketing, Medical, and Tobacco/Alcohol.

UnionPay International is not responsible for, and will not accept compensation claims if a cardholder fails to receive a discount because a merchant's actual business category does not match its registered MCC.

*Dining and Gas Station merchants are not included in this promotion.

13.Compliant Behavior:

Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, illegal profit-making, malicious use of multiple accounts/devices, or use robots/crawlers. If discovered, UnionPay reserves the right to disqualify the user, revoke discounts, and pursue legal action.

14.Arbitrage Handling:

For users who violate the rules for malicious arbitrage, UnionPay reserves the right to recover the funds and blacklist them from future UnionPay promotions.

15.Disclaimer:

The organizer and UnionPay International are not responsible for cases where participation is impossible due to unsupported user devices, card restrictions, or various third-party system issues.

16.Specific Restrictions:

Transactions involving the purchase of gift cards or prepaid cards are not eligible for this promotion.
