Activity Rules：

1. The promotion period is from November 7, 2025 at 00:00 to December 31, 2025 at 23:59. All hotel transactions on room and selected miscellaneous expenses must be completed within the promotion period.
2. The offer applies to UnionPay credit cards starting with “62” (hereafter referred to as “UnionPay Cards”) and UnionPay Cards bound to UnionPay Mobile Payment (including Apple Pay and Huawei Pay, hereafter “UnionPay Mobile Payment”). In order to enjoy the offers, the transactions must be processed via the UnionPay network.
3. During the promotion, UnionPay cardholders who make a single qualifying transaction on room and selected miscellaneous expenses at the designated front desk of  Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong, Hong Kong Kerry Hotel and JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La ( “Participating hotels”) by a UnionPay credit card ( with card number starting with “62”) or UnionPay Mobile Pay (including Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) will receive the following instant discounts:

4. The offer applies to the cardholder for spending on room charges and miscellaneous expenses at participating hotels.
5. The offer is subject to the room availability of the participating hotels.
6. A minimum of 2,000 total discounts are available, on a first-come, first-served basis according to transaction time. Availability depends on meeting the promotional criteria and remaining quota. Transaction time is based on UnionPay International’s system records (Beijing Time).
7. The eligible transaction amount is the net amount calculated after applying all applicable discounts and Shangri-La Circle point redemptions (where applicable).
8. The actual discount for the purchase is based on the amount deducted after pre-authorization or the final amount deducted from the transaction Please refer to your card issuer’s billing information for details.
9. If a transaction fails due to insufficient credit limit, transfer restrictions, card status issues, or network problems, the quota will be forfeited and reallocated to other successful transactions. No compensation will be provided.
10. In case of a refund, the discount amount will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded. This will count as one use of the discount.
11. All times mentioned in this promotion are based on Beijing Time.
12. Cardholders must comply with these terms and the relevant UnionPay Card rules and regulations.

14. The instant discount is fully and directly provided by UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (“UnionPay International”). UnionPay International is solely responsible for all processes related to the approval and disbursement of the instant discounts.  Participating hotels  shall not be held liable for the approval or successful receipt of the instant discount and assume no responsibility for any loss arising from the approval and disbursement process of the promotion.

17. In case of changes, hotel promotional materials shall prevail.
18. In case of any dispute, Participating hotels reserve the right of final decision.
19. These terms are available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. In case of discrepancies, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
