    * A maximum of 3 on-day sales slips from different merchants at the same Participating Mall with transaction amount no less than HK$100 each with the same UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass account or UnionPay QR Code account can be accumulated.


    Activity Rules:

    General Terms and Conditions of Winter Spending Privileges with UnionPay at SHKP Malls (refers to “Promotion”):
    1. The Promotion is valid from 1 December 2021 to 28 February 2022, both dates inclusive (a total of 90 days, refers to “Promotion Period”). While Sha Tin HomeSquare is only applicable to Saturday, Sunday and public holidays during the Promotion Period.
    2. The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit and ATM Card (refers to “UnionPay Card”) with card number starting with 62, except for the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
    3. UnionPay Card cardholders must register as members of The Point by SHKP mall integrated loyalty program (refers to “Members”) to enjoy the privileges.
    4. The Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (refers to “SHK Real”) Malls participating in the Promotion include Kwun Tong apm, Tuen Mun Chelsea Heights, Tseung Kwan O East Point City, North Point Harbour North, Sha Tin HomeSquare, Tuen Mun K-Point, Sheung Shui Landmark North (merchants from 2/F to 5/F), Kwai Fong Metroplaza, Sheung Shui Metropolis Plaza, San Po Kong Mikiki, Mongkok MOKO, Sha Tin New Town Plaza, Tseung Kwan O Park Central, Tseung Kwan O PopWalk, Tai Po Mega Mall, Tsuen Wan Tsuen Kam Centre & Grand City Plaza, Tsuen Wan Plaza, Tai Po Uptown Plaza, Tuen Mun V city, Nam Cheong V Walk, Yuen Long YOHO MALL and Yuen Long Plaza (refers to “Participating Malls”).
    5. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”), SHK Real and Participating Malls are neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International, SHKP Real and Participating Malls shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided by the merchants.
    6. SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to amend or terminate the privileges and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
    7. In case of disputes, the decision of SHK Real and Participating Malls shall be final.
    8. SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

    Terms and Conditions of Privilege 1:
    1. During the Promotion Period, Members are entitled to redeem the following Rewards by accumulative spending of designated amounts at the same Participating Mall on the same day with UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code (a maximum of 3 on-day sales slips from different merchants at the same Participating Mall with transaction amount no less than HK$100 each with the same UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass account or UnionPay QR Code account can be accumulated):
    · Reward 1 – Spend HK$1,800 to redeem one HK$50 SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificate (refers to “Gift 1”);
    · Reward 2 – Spend HK$3,500 to redeem one HK$100 SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificate (refers to “Gift 2”);
    · Reward 3 – Spend HK$6,500 to redeem two HK$100 SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates (total value of HK$200, refers to “Gift 3”).
    2. Each Member is entitled to redeem Reward 1 and Reward 2 once respectively at each Participating Mall each day, while redeem Reward 3 once only at all Participating Malls each day. Multiple redemptions of the same Reward with different UnionPay Cards at the same Participating Mall on the same day from the same Member will not be accepted.
    3. Each qualified sales slip is eligible for redemption of one Reward only and cannot be re-used in other mall promotions (except points registration of The Point by SHKP mall integrated loyalty program and existing free parking privileges of Participating Malls). Sales slips and machine-printed merchant sales invoices used for redemption of Reward 1 cannot be re-used to redeem Reward 2 or Reward 3 and vice versa.
    4. Daily quotas of Gift 1, Gift 2 and Gift 3 at each Participating Mall for redemption are as follows, available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts:

    5. Gift 1, Gift 2 and Gift 3 cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash under any conditions once they are issued. Gift 1, Gift 2 and Gift 3 are valid for 180 days from the day of redemption and are applicable at authorized merchants of 23 SHKP malls with terms and conditions. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of Gift 1, Gift 2 and Gift 3 must be settled by UnionPay Card or other UnionPay payment methods.
    6. Members are eligible to earn basic bonus points with the sales slips and machine-printed merchant sales invoices used for redemption of Reward 1, Reward 2 and Reward 3.

    Terms and Conditions of Privilege 2:
    1. Members are entitled to earn extra 12,500 points (refers to “Extra Points”) upon accumulating 3 redemptions of the Rewards (i.e. any 3 redemptions of Reward 1, Reward 2 or Reward 3 in total) at all Participating Malls during the whole Promotion Period.
    2. Each Member is entitled to earn Extra Points once only during the whole Promotion Period at all Participating Malls. The Extra Points will be credited to Members’ account on or before 18 March 2022.
    3. Total quota of 8,000 sets of Extra Points are available for redemption during the whole Promotion Period at all Participating Malls on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
    4. Use of bonus points are bounded by individual terms and conditions of The Point by SHKP mall integrated loyalty program.


    Terms and Conditions of Gift Redemption:
    1. Members must present the original copies of valid machine-printed merchant sales invoices and the corresponding UnionPay Card sales slips, together with the UnionPay Card / virtual UnionPay Card on mobile device or watch bearing the same card number / transaction details in UnionPay App or other apps supporting UnionPay QR Code payment on mobile devices in person at the designated redemption location at the Participating Mall where transaction is made on the transaction day within the designated redemption time. Redemption is valid after verification by mall staff. It is not applicable to self-registration through SHKP Malls App and WeChat official account.
    2. Gift(s) will be credited to Member's account immediately after redemption. Members can refer to “My Rewards” in SHKP Malls App or WeChat Official Account for details.
    3. Members redeeming the Gift(s) must be the same person who made the transaction. Mall staff reserves the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.
    4. Eligible amount is calculated in terms of each set of UnionPay Card card number and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discount, privileged coupons, gift certificates or cash coupons). The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately.
    5. Split transactions will not be accepted.
    6. For installment payment, the full amount listed on machine-printed merchant sales invoice will be eligible. If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction. The remaining balance cannot be used to participate in any other promotional activities (except points registration of The Point by SHKP mall integrated loyalty program). Remaining balance can be used to participate in the Promotion only if the deposit has not been used for participation in any promotional activities before (except points registration of The Point by SHKP mall integrated loyalty program). Presentation of the original copies of machine-printed merchant sale invoice and sales slip of the deposit are required during redemption for verification.
    7. Only original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips issued to Members by merchants of Participating Malls within the opening hours are accepted. The original copy of machine-printed merchant sales invoice should state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly. The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. If Members cannot present the valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and / or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, etc., or the information provided by Members is insufficient, Members will not be able to redeem Gift for whatever reason. Sales slips and sales invoices that are damaged, outdated and unable to show clearly the transaction date, time, amount, currency or without showing any card numbers are not acceptable.
    8. Merchant sales invoices of purchasing designated festive food coupons (only limited to mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers) will be accepted for the Promotion. Receipts for using these designated festive food coupons and the sales invoices from the following merchants and transactions will not be accepted for the Promotion: Apple Store; travel agencies, fitness and beauty centers (except those beauty centers in PopWalk); cross-border buses; property agencies; elderly homes; medical and dental / clinic services; carwash, car care services, automotive products and related service or the purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores; tenants in office buildings; hotels; banking services; insurance premiums; money exchange shops; tuition (except those tuition fees paid in PopWalk) / membership / any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping (including orders at SHKP Malls App Food Self Pick-up service and Rewards platform but except online purchase of movie tickets); telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; purchase of tickets, such as mall events or concert tickets, admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck; trade-in transactions or product redemptions; purchase and use of cash coupons, gift certificates, SHKP Mall Gift Certificates; SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates; gift cards; membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for gold saving club, payments settled by cash or other trades decided by Participating Malls. Sales invoices, receipts or sales slips in copies, handwritten-styled or reprint and bank statement will not be accepted. Transactions do not include the cancelled, refunded, forged and unsettled transactions.
    9. Mall staff has the right to make photocopies of the machine-printed merchant sales invoices and record Member’s partial UnionPay Card card number (the first 6 and last 4 digits or the first 12/16), The Point by SHKP membership number, information on machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips for internal record during redemption. The personal information collected will only be used for the Promotion and will be destroyed after the Promotion. Provision of the above information by Members represents that Members agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection.
    10. Mall staff will stamp all original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices after verification. Members cannot request refund from merchants with the sales invoices that have been stamped. The transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotion.

    12. Participation in the Promotion constitutes an acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Promotion.
    13. In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to disqualify the Members immediately and retain the right for legal action. Participating Malls reserve the right to retrieve Gift from Members after disqualification.
    14. UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls shall not take any responsibility for any dispute related to the mechanism of the Promotion.

  • Exception Clause:

    1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
    2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
